    摘要:   本研究欲瞭解南投縣警察人員「工作幸福感」、「休閒參與」及「組織認同」的現況,比較不同背景變項(包含性別、年齡、教育程度、婚姻狀況、從警年資、工作屬性、服務單位、目前配階)的差異情形,所以研究者針對南投縣政府警察局所屬警察人員實施問卷調查(母群體總共有1,483人),探討警察人員的「工作幸福感」、「休閒參與」及「組織認同」變項之間有無關聯性。  本研究回收樣本數273份。根據統計結果顯示,填寫問卷者性別依男性居多數(共233人,所占百分比85.3%);年齡以51歲以上為主(共77人,所占百分比28.2%);婚姻狀況以已婚居多數(共184人,所占百分比67.4%);教育程度以大學學歷為主(共128人,所占百分比46.9%);從警年資以15年(含)以上為主(共136人,所占百分比49.8%);工作屬性以外勤居多數(共206人,所占百分比75.7%);服務單位以南投分局為主(共95人,所占百分比34.8%);目前配階以一線三星為主(共153人,所占百分比56.0%)。  研究結果顯示南投縣警察人員「工作幸福感」、「休閒參與」及「組織認同」變項之間分別為:(1)工作幸福感對休閒參與有正向低度顯著影響關係、(2)休閒參與對組織認同有正向低度顯著影響關係、(3)工作幸福感對組織認同有正向高度顯著影響關係。研究結果顯示休閒參與變項具有中介工作幸福感及組織認同變項間之效果。
     This study wanted to realize the situation of "Well-being at work","Leisure Participation"and"Organizational Identification"for the Police in Nantou County Police Bureau by comparing different kinds of background variables(including genders,ages,education level,marriage,seniority,property of work, locations,and ranks).Researcher targeted the Police belonging to Nantou County Police Bureau(there are 1,483 people for statistical population totally) to collect a lot of data by questionnaires which developed whether the variables relate to each other or not. This research collected 273 samples,indicates that the majority of samples:for Genders is male(233 people,85.3% of all),Ages is beyond 51 years old(77 people,28.2% of all),Marriage is married(184 people,67.4% of all),Education level is college(128 people,46.9% of all),Seniority is more than 15 years(136 people,49.8% of all),Property of work is field worker(206 people,75.7% of all),Locations is Nantou precinct(95 people,34.8% of all),Ranks is police officer(153 people,56.0% of all). The research result indicates that the relations between the three variables are listed below:(1)The relation between well-being at work and leisure participation is positively-low significance level.(2)The relation between leisure participation and organizational idenfication is positively-low significance level.(3)The relation between well-being at work and organizational identification is positively-high significance level.The result indicate that the variable "Leisure Participation" will mediate the relation between"Well-being at work"and"Organizational Identification".
