    摘要: 臺灣的志願服務蓬勃發展,其中從事教育型志願服務的學校志工不在少數,有效彌補了學校人力不足之窘況。唯擔任學校志工者的投入程度不一,面對的壓力不同,是否具備認真休閒特質等各項因素都可能影響學校志工的持續服務意願。此外,學校志工在從事志願服務時勢必面臨人際互動,再加上其個人認真休閒特質之不同,皆會連帶影響其情緒勞務之展現方式。本研究採質性研究,以在南投縣國小從事志願服務八年以上的學校志工隊長為研究對象,以Hochschild(1983)提出的情緒勞務展現方式及Stebbins(1982)提出的六大認真休閒特質為基礎,擬定訪談大綱後,再透過半結構式深度訪談,深入探究學校志工的參與動機、工作現況、情緒勞務的展現方式和具備的認真休閒特質。分析歸納後,研究結果如下: 一、學校志工的個人背景變項不一,但參與學校志願服務的動機相似,多因子女於該校就讀。二、學校志工參與學校志願服務的動機非固定不變,會隨著志工個人生活及想法而轉變。三、學校志工的情緒勞務以深層演出為主要展現方式。四、學校志工是認真休閒者。研究最後,以歸納之結論提出研究發現和相關建議作為後續研究之參考。
    Taiwan's voluntary service was boomed, and there were many school volunteers engaged in educational voluntary services, which effectively made up for the shortage of school manpower. Only the level of input of volunteers varies, the pressure was different, whether they had serious leisure qualities and other factors may affected the willingness to continue to serve. In addition, school volunteers were bound to face interpersonal interaction when volunteering, coupled with their personal serious leisure characteristics will affected their emotional labor. This study, based on the school volunteer captain who had been volunteering in Nantou County for more than eight years as the research object, using Hochschild (1983) and the six serious leisure activities proposed by Stebbins (1982), drew up the interview outline, through semi-structured in-depth interview. After analysis and induction, the results of the study were as follows: First, the personal background of school volunteers varies, but the motivation to participated in school volunteer service was similar,mostly because children attended the school. Second, the motivation of school volunteers to participated in voluntary service in schools was not fixed and will change with the personal lives and ideas of volunteers. Third, the emotional labor of school volunteers to deep performances as the main way to show. Fourth. School volunteers were serious leisure. Finally, the study put the researched findings and related suggestions with the conclusion of induction, as references for follow-up studies.
