Abstract: | 本研究主要透過文獻分析法與行動研究法探究學齡前幼兒之「體適能」融入「幼兒感覺統合」教學活動設計,本研究目的為:(一)設計「體適能」融入學齡前「感覺統合」課程之教案。(二)探討實施「體適能融入學齡前感覺統合」的課程對教學老師專業知能的影響。本研究認為,「體適能」與「幼兒感覺統合」課程之架構對於幼兒的發展與教師專業度,皆能有效的協助與成長,因此本研究希望能深入探討體適能對於幼兒的幫助及建立一套體適能融合感覺統合的具體教學方案,並透過設計教案,規劃未來的教學策略,並用此套教案與策略做實際性的教學與探究,透過實際教學,期盼此課程設計對於幼兒的體能、感覺統合之表現,皆有所幫助。本研究為質性取向,在設定研究目標與方向後,蒐集與整理有關學齡前幼兒、感覺統合與體適能文獻,並加以分析,接著根據本研究工作場域與對象,加上文獻的分析,針對陳威勝與陳芝萍(2010)提出的,視覺、聽覺、觸覺、味覺、嗅覺、本體覺、前庭覺中的感覺能力以及教育部2015年所訂的體適能內容,心肺耐力、肌力與肌耐力、柔軟度、體重控制等項目,設計出8堂課,每堂課40分鐘的體適能融入感覺統合的教案。並進行2次教案施測,在教學過程中,將教學過程與幼兒反饋進行觀察和紀錄,最後針對本研究提出對此教案的建議。 In this study, literature analysis and action research will be conducted to explore the integration of physical fitness in a preschool sensory integration course. The goals are to design a preschool sensory integration course that incorporates physical fitness and to examine its implementation effect on teachers’ professional knowledge. We consider that the structure of this course facilitates both preschool children’s development and teachers’ professional development. Therefore, we aim to explore in depths the benefits of physical fitness for preschool children, create a concrete teaching plan integrating physical fitness and sensory integration, and formulate future teaching strategies using the teaching plan. This teaching plan will also be used to conduct actual teaching and exploration to enhance preschool children’s physical fitness and sensory integration.After the goals and direction of this qualitative study are determined, literature on preschool children, sensory integration, and physical fitness will be collected, organized, and analyzed. The sensory integration course incorporating physical fitness featuring eight 40-min sessions will then be designed for the research participants and the site of research. The course contents are based on the results of the literature review, which focuses on the findings by Chen and Chen (2010) on visual, auditory, haptic, gustatory, and olfactory perception, proprioception, and vestibular senses and the items of physical fitness defined by the Ministry of Education (2015), including cardiopulmonary endurance, muscle strength and endurance, flexibility, and weight control. Two tests will be administered in the teaching plan. The teaching processes and the preschool children’s feedback will be observed and recorded. Suggestions will be proposed according to the research results. |
