Abstract:	本研究旨在探討部立豐原醫院女性高齡志工認真休閒參與程度分析，探討認真休閒、家庭支持與自我實現三者之間的聯動關係，並?進一步釐清家庭支持對於認真休閒效益、社會期待及自我實現之交互作用，並以部立豐原醫院60歲以上參與志願服務之女性銀髮族為研究對象，採質性深入訪談分析。本研究採用定性研究方法和半結構化深度訪談，反覆與受訪者面對面互動，從客觀角度解構多面向的真實觀點和想法，從而提出高齡女性志願者自願參與的動機及認真休閒參與程度。分析歸納後，研究結果如下：一、認真休閒特質的活躍?與者，在從事志工活動時，會克服所有的困難、突破逆境，去追求相關的知?、技巧及能?。二、家庭支持尤其配偶支持對認真休閒特質與自我實現感都具正向關聯。研究最後，以歸納之結論提出研究發現和相關建議，作為醫療院所及志工後續研究之參考。 This study aims to explore the degree of serious leisure participation of female elderly volunteers in the Ministry of Fengyuan Hospital., and explore the relationship between serious leisure, family support and Self-actualization, And further clarify the serious leisure benefits of family support in the relationship, and the relevance of social support to Self-actualization, and take qualitative in-depth interviews and analysis with female elderly volunteers over 60 years of age participating in voluntary service in the Fengyuan Hospital.This study used qualitative research methods and semi-structured in-depth interviews to repeatedly interact with the first recipient face to face, deconstructing multi-faceted real opinions and ideas from an objective perspective, and proposes the motivation of elderly female volunteers for voluntary participation and the degree of serious leisure participation. After analysis and summarization, the research results were as follows: 1. Participants of serious leisure activities will overcome all difficulties and break through adversity when engaging in volunteer activities, and pursue relevant knowledge, skills and abilities. 2. Family support, especially spouse support, was positively related to serious leisure characteristics and self- actualization. At the end of the study, the research findings and related recommendations were put forward based on the summarized conclusions, which served as a reference for the follow-up research of medical institutions and volunteers.
