    Abstract: 目前台灣老人陪伴市場因老年人口增加及少子化因素,失依老人逐年增加,衍伸出「陪伴商機」,惟甚少有針對失依老人旅遊照護提出相關服務及研究,另老人陪伴產業亦應以幸福感方式及客製化服務,滿足顧客的需求。本研究以SWOT分析及STP市場區隔分析,並結合Osterwalder & Pigneur (2010)所提出之商業經營模式,以失依老人旅遊型態方式將市場區隔為慢旅遊、輕旅行、懷舊之旅、圓夢之旅,分別建構具幸福感觀點老人陪伴創新經營模式。研究發現,「慢旅遊失依老人」目標客層著重於以客製化方式,滿足深度旅遊需求,故經營策略應先了解宜居地點,可提供Long stay等之深度旅遊服務;「輕旅行失依老人」目標客層著重於以客製化方式,滿足短期紓壓旅遊需求,故經營策略應先了解旅遊需求,可提供累積里程數送旅遊健康檢查等之紓壓旅遊服務;「懷舊之旅失依老人」目標客層著重於以客製化方式,滿足重溫旅遊記憶旅遊需求,故經營策略應先了解旅遊史,可提早提供時空膠囊重溫方案等之重溫旅遊記憶旅遊服務;「圓夢之旅失依老人」目標客層著重於以客製化方式,滿足完成人生最後一哩旅遊需求,故經營策略應先了解健康狀態與遺願,可提早提供生前契約型圓夢方案等之完成遺願旅遊服務。
    The elderly companion market in Taiwan is increasing year by year due to the increasing number of elderly people and the factors of childlessness. However, there is little research on tourism care for the elderly without dependence. In addition, the elderly accompanying industry should also meet the needs of customers with a sense of well-being and customized services. This study uses SWOT analysis and STP market segmentation analysis, and combines Osterwalder & Pigneur (2010) The proposed business model divides the market into slow travel, light travel, nostalgic travel and dream realization travel by the way of the old people's travel pattern. Separately construct an innovative business model with happiness.It is found that the target of "Slow Tourism Loss of Dependence on the Elderly" focuses on customizing. To meet the needs of in-depth tourism, business strategy should first understand the livable location, can provide in-depth tourism services such as Longstay; The target of "Light Travel for the Elderly" is to meet the needs of short-term stress relief tourism in a customized way. Therefore, business strategy should first understand the tourism demand, can provide accumulated mileage to send tourism health check and so on to reduce pressure tourism service; The goal of "Nostalgic Trip for the Elderly" is to meet the needs of revisiting travel memories in a customized way. Therefore, the business strategy should first understand the history of tourism, can provide the time capsule review program to review the travel memory travel services; The goal of "Dream Journey for the Elderly" is to focus on customizing, to meet the needs of the last mile of life travel, the management strategy should first understand the health status and wishes, can provide pre-life contract type dream realization plan to fulfill wishes travel services.
