The parents' dietary choices are also changing. Nowadays, there are many different types of food, dietary patterns and dietary choices, so parents have more ideas. The questionnaire was divided into three levels: (1) parents' knowledge and understanding of nutrition knowledge of young children, (2) parents' own dietary behaviors, habits, and attitudes, and (3) parents' principles of choosing nutritious foods, to understand parents' knowledge of nutrition knowledge of young children. The results of the study showed that girls are more careful in some details, such as buying take-out food, taking into account the daily dietary guidelines, cooking food with less sugar, oil, and salt, and chewing slowly when eating, not eating quickly, which are all significant differences between girls and boys, but there are significant differences between boys and girls in terms of whether I will eat sweet or salty snacks in front of children. Parents should always update their knowledge of nutrition. Nowadays, technology is changing rapidly, and the speed of knowledge generation and replacement is accelerating, so we should all develop the habit of lifelong learning.
