Abstract: | 本研究主要是探討臺中市國小教師「理財行為」與「理財工具」之現況,以及兩者之間的關係。以臺中市某國小教師為樣本,採取問卷的調查方式,以SPSS 統計軟體為主要工具來進行彙整與分析。資料分析採敘述性統計分析、信度分析、相關分析、獨立樣本 t 檢定、單因子變異數分析等統計方法,並根據研究的結果來給予建議,以作為參考。研究結果發現,臺中市某國小的教師,非常重視個人信用,如有貸款時會按時還款、會全額支付信用卡帳單以避免利息費用」、亦會為了長期的目標而儲蓄。教師的理性消費傾向程度越高,對理財工具偏好基金與股票;風險趨避傾向程度越高,對理財工具偏好為保險、不動產、固定收入;儲蓄習慣傾向程度越高,對理財工具偏好為固定收入、不動產、保險;資訊收集傾向程度越高,對理財工具偏好為不動產、基金與股票、固定收入、保險。臺中市某國小不同背景之教師,在理財行為與理財工具達到顯著的差異。 This research mainly explores the current situation of the "financial management behavior" and "financial management tools" of elementary school teachers in Taichung City, and the relationship between the two. Take the teacher of a certain elementary school in Taichung City as a sample, take the survey method of questionnaire, and use SPSS statistical software as the main tool to carry out the compilation and analysis. Data analysis adopts statistical methods such as narrative statistical analysis, reliability analysis, correlation analysis, independent sample t-test, single-factor variance analysis, etc., and suggestions are given based on the results of the research as a reference.The results of the study found that teachers in a certain elementary school in Taichung attach great importance to personal credit. If they have loans, they will repay on time, pay credit card bills in full to avoid interest charges," and save for long-term goals. The higher the teacher’s tendency to rational consumption, the preference for wealth management tools is funds and stocks; the higher the risk aversion tendency, the higher the preference for financial management tools are insurance, real estate, and fixed income; the higher the tendency for savings habits, the preference for financial management tools is fixed income , Real estate, insurance; the higher the tendency to collect information, the preference for financial management tools is real estate, funds and stocks, fixed income, and insurance.Teachers of different backgrounds in a certain elementary school in Taichung City have significant differences in financial management behaviors and financial tools. |
