本研究的目的在於探討家長參與對臺中市基層國小發展棒球運動之研究，並以臺中市基層國小棒球教練及家長為研究對象。透過經營管理、課業影響、健康層面、升學管道等四個構面來探討臺中市基層棒球家長參與現況，研究結果顯示：一、經營管理：現有的少子化衝擊著球隊的招生人數。而在場地的部分，有些球 隊在學校裡設有簡易的內野紅土區，但有些球隊還是沒有場地可 以練習。經費補助部分，每年的補助款以前一年的成績為主，對 於新球隊沒有成績但又急需補助款是一大考驗。目前球隊大部分 都有自己的遊戲規則，來規範家長有熱心過頭的介入情形。二、課業影響：課業成績是影響家長支持的主要因素，過多的課業期待也會影響 家長對於球隊參與的表現。三、健康層面：家長對於小孩運動傷害及心理發展非常重視，未來可以教練增能 研習裡多學習運動傷害及心理學相關課程，並與家長多溝通。四、升學管道：學目前臺中市的國中球隊規模及競爭力都不錯，教練能從旁協助 並與家長多溝通，讓孩子能順利進入理想的學校。對未來臺中市基層國小棒球家長的建議： 基層國小棒球運動發展除了仰賴教練們的努力之外，家長們的支持及參與也是一支球隊能否永續經營的重要因素。與家長制訂好球隊管理規範，不讓家長有熱心過頭的情形，家長與教練同心協力，一起協助孩子在棒球的道路上成長。 The purpose of this research is to explore the study of the participation of parents in the development of baseball in Taichung City's primary elementary schools, and take the baseball coaches and parents of the primary elementary schools in Taichung City as the research objects. The current situation of parental participation in baseball at the grassroots level in Taichung City was explored through four dimensions including business management, academic impact, health aspects, and access to higher education.1. Management: The current declining birthrate impacts the number of students enrolled in the team. In the area of the field, some teams have a simple infield clay area in the school, but some teams still have no field to practice. For the part of the funding subsidy, the annual subsidy is mainly based on the performance of the previous year. It is a big test for the new team that has no results but is in urgent need of the subsidy. At present, most teams have their own rules of the game to regulate parental involvement in overzealous situations.2. Schoolwork impact: Schoolwork performance is the main factor that affects parent support, and excessive schoolwork expectations will also affect parents' performance in team participation.3. Health level: Parents attach great importance to children's sports injuries and psychological development. In the future, they can learn more about sports injuries and psychology courses in the coaching training and communicate more with parents.4. Channels for further studies: The size and competitiveness of junior high school teams in Taichung City are good. Coaches can assist and communicate more with parents so that children can enter the ideal school smoothly.Suggestions for future baseball parents of elementary schools in Taichung City:In addition to the efforts of the coaches, the support and participation of parents are also important factors for the sustainability of a team. Formulate team management standards with parents to prevent parents from becoming overzealous. Parents and coaches work together to help their children grow on the path of baseball.
