    Abstract: 柬埔寨參加中國啟動的一帶一路,吸引大批海外投資客前往柬埔寨,因為柬埔寨正從未開發國家邁向開發中國家,所以在突然大量外資、外商湧入整個市場造成物價房價狂漲,而柬埔寨王國自己的法律及各項政策配套規畫尚不完善並且還跟不上市場環境變化速度造成民眾苦不堪言。本研究從柬埔寨1991年經濟開放和1993年新政府成立以來,吸引外商投資做為振興自己國家經濟的重要戰略,2004年加入世界貿易組織成員國之後柬埔寨的經濟持續增長,2010~2015年連續5年GDP保持7%的快速增長,柬埔寨正在成為東南亞最受矚目的投資國之一,有這樣內在、外在條件的優勢,進而來分析這一帶一路對他們底層的人民影響如何,這也是本研究的目的所在。
    Cambodia’s participation in the Belt and Road Initiative initiated by China, which has attracted a large number of overseas investors to Cambodia. Because Cambodia is in the process of developing from an undeveloped country, the sudden influx of foreign investors has caused the entire price and housing prices to raise significantly and Cambodia’s own supporting planning is still the imperfections, which cannot keep up. Thus, thusthe people are miserable.Since the opening of Cambodia’s economy in 1991 and the establishment of the new government in 1993, this study has attracted foreign investment as an important strategy to revitalize its country’s economy. Cambodia’s economy has continued to grow since its accession to the World Trade Organization in 2004, and has continued for 5 consecutive years from 2010 to 2015. The annual GDP maintains a rapid growth of 7%. Cambodia is becoming one of the most high-profile investment countries in Southeast Asia. With such advantages in internal and external conditions, we will analyze how the Belt and Road will affect the people at the bottom of them. This is also the purpose of this research.
