    Abstract: 全球目前皆面臨人口老化,少子化問題,家庭結構從傳統的大家庭轉變為小家庭,長期照顧已成為許多人必須迫切面對的議題,面對未來龐大的照顧需求,醫療機構及相關長期照顧產業需求也會增加,採用照顧型機器人照顧用來緩解照顧人力的不足,提供友善、尊嚴的生活,是長期照護未來的趨勢。本研究以文獻探討方式,從長期照顧政策、長期照顧產業、照顧型機器人,照顧型機器人在長期照顧產業上的運用,並藉由日本、英國和澳大利亞研發照顧型機器人以解決照顧人力不足的作法,而後以使用經驗、技術品質、交易成本、認知易用、認知有用、風險認知、使用態度構面為基礎,進行相關構面分析。本研究採問卷調查法,共回收有效問卷185份,經統計結果分析顯示,受訪者對長期照顧機構使用照顧型機器人協同照顧的接受度高,認為服務的品質會更全方位與完善,也認為使用照顧型機器人協同照顧能讓照顧者更願意投入照顧行列,透過資料整理,提供相關單位研發照顧型機器人,以解決人力照顧缺口的問題。
    The world is currently facing population aging and the trend towards fewer children, the structure of the family changed from the traditional big family to the small family. The long-term care has become an issue that many people need to face urgently. Facing the huge demand of the care in the future, the demand for the medical institutions and the related long-term care industries will also being increased. The use of caring robots to alleviate the shortage of caring manpower, provide a friendly and dignity life, is the future trend of the long-term care.This research exploring by the way of literature, from the long-term care policy, the long-term care industry, the care robot and the use of the care robot in the long-term care industry. And by the way that the development of care robots in Japan, the United Kingdom and Australia to solve the lack of care manpower, also the using experience, technical quality, transaction cost, cognitive ease of use, cognitive usefulness, risk awareness, and use attitude dimensions as the basis, and perform relevant facet analysis.This study adopted a questionnaire survey method and collected total 185 valid questionnaires. The analysis of the statistical results showed that the interviewees have a high acceptance of the use of caring robots in long-term care institutions for collaborative care. They believe that the quality of services will be more comprehensive and complete. They also believed that the use of caring robots for collaborative care can make careers more willing to devote themselves to the caregiving ranks. Through data sorting, provide relevant units to develop caring robots to solve the problem of the lack of care manpower.
