AbstractTaiwan's detour culture prevails, the larger ones include DajiaMatsu detour, Baishatun Mazu detour , Donggang Burning King Ship...etc.People can't resist the lively activities although the detouractivities have a history of hundreds of years and they always causeuncontrollable complex situations such as traffic jams, a largeamount of garbage leftover, excessive volume, and air pollution. Therefore, this research believes that Taiwan’s detouractivities culture needs to be planned with the introduction of aproject management model, which will be based on Taichung’sGuangtian Temple. Through the method of project management includerisk assessment, calculation of various aspects of manpower selectionof the best detour activities mode, optimization of the shortcomingsto create a world-class cultural event.Through the "project management" method, the integrity and rigorof the detour culture will be improved. To this end, a projectmanagement plan will be established to complete it.I hope that peoplecan see that there is such a large-scale and high-level religiousevent in Central Taiwan, which will Closer the gap between Taoism andyoung people and promote the international community, It will alsopromote the tourism industry in Taichung City, turn one-off eventsinto permanent culture, and enhance Taichung's Guangtian Temple as anindicator of Taoist beliefs. |
