    Abstract: 近年來因為網路時代的發展和行動裝置的普及加上近期疫情影響,越來越多人傾向網路購物,使得台灣電商發展如雨後春筍般,但是台灣本地電商市場和全球市場相比下將面臨飽和等關卡,台灣企業勢必要往跨境電商發展。本研究以個案公司為基礎,提出跨境電商會面臨的問題分別是成本、物流、金流、顧客,評斷哪一個電商平台對公司最有利。本研究透過文獻探討以及層級分析法(Analytic Hierarchy Process,AHP)設計研究問卷的方法進行分析成本、物流、金流、顧客,其架構對馬來西亞跨境電商平台的影響與問卷調查來完成,本研究目的是找出最適合公司在馬來西亞銷售汽車零配件的電商平台。本研究共蒐集了五份問卷,最終達到一致性問卷有三份,研究結果將可以發現,公司的決策者與各級主管關注的構面雖然有些許不同,但是分析結果一致認為瞄準對的客群才是對公司拓展馬來西亞電商平台最為有利的指標。
    In recent years,the development of the Network age and the popularity of mobile devices coupled with the impact of the recent outbreak,more and more people tend to shop online,Taiwan's e-commerce development springing up, but Taiwan's local e-commerce market compare to global market will face saturation and other levels,Taiwan enterprises are bound to cross-border e-commerce development. Based on the case companies, this study points out that the problems faced by cross-border e-commerce chambers are cost,logistics, payment flow,customers,in order to find out which e-commerce platform is best for the company. This study was completed through literature discussion and Aierarchical Analysis Architecture design questionnaire to analyze the cost,logistics,payment flow,customer, the structure of the impact of the Malaysian cross-border e-commerce platform and questionnaire survey,the purpose of this study is to find the most suitable for the company to sell auto parts in Malaysia e-commerce platform.
