The aesthetic medicine industry has been developed rapidly in recent years, and the relationship between suppliers, aesthetic medicine clinics and customers is very close. In the past business model, the information between the supplier and the medical aesthetic clinic was not interoperable, which made the supplier unable to understand the buyer's needs and rarely considered the buyer's interests. The above problems have formed several important shortcomings in the supply chain of aesthetic medicine industry. Therefore, a new business model based on S2b2c (Slipper to business to customer) model has been proposed in this study to construct a smart aesthetic medicine service platform to improve the supply chain relationship of the aesthetic medicine industry. Aesthetic medicine clinics can collect relevant information of customers through the smart aesthetic medicine service platform. These data are analyzed by using big data analysis approaches to empower aesthetic medicine clinics to provide customers with higher-quality services. This model can make the relationship of all the participants in the aesthetic medicine industry supply chain become closer, and all participants’ profits can be maximized. This study intends to use the S2b2c model as a starting point to promote the upgrading of the aesthetic medicine industry. In addition to providing goods, suppliers must also be enabled aesthetic medicine service clinics to provide better customer service. Aesthetic medicine clinics bring customized services to customers, which increases the return rate of their customers. Through the digitization of customer data, the aesthetic medicine service platform can empower the medical aesthetics clinics with customer data analysis, invoicing management, intelligent supply and other services, so that the aesthetics clinics can better understand the needs of their customers and the status of their business operations. With this operating platform, the burden on the management of medical aesthetic clinics can be reduced, and work efficiency can be enhanced. The supplier can also use the proposed platform to understand the trends in the use of product for each medical aesthetics clinic and change the production strategy. It is hoped that this aesthetic medicine service platform can solve various pain points in the aesthetic medicine industry in the past.
