    Abstract: 醫美產業中具有各機構間競爭化及醫美服務流程無資訊化應用之問題,本研究為醫美產業建構新型的商業模式,將重新定義傳統醫美營運模型,應用AIDA模型融入醫美諮詢診療流程,並規劃以智慧輔助系統做為新型態的醫美諮詢診療流程的基礎,使醫美機構資訊電子化,提升醫美機構服務品質,並應用諮詢服務掌握顧客實際需求,為顧客推薦客制化之醫美服務,使醫美機構在眾多同業中行銷與服務品質脫穎而出。依AIDA模型規劃三大功能模組(一)顧客關係模組、(二)醫美諮詢推薦模組、(三)診療流程模組。藉由顧客關係模組使諮詢師利用行動化戴具讓顧客填寫基本資料,並透過系統瞭解醫美機構服務項目,增加顧客對醫美機構的信任感,展示專業級的醫美資訊,吸引顧客的注意力。其次應用醫美諮詢推薦模組協助諮詢師進行醫美服務療程介紹,利用成功案例分享以誘發顧客想變美麗的心態,啟發顧客想更深入瞭解醫美服務的興趣後,提供諮詢、剖析顧客個人需求,為顧客推薦量身打造的套餐療程喚起顧客消費之慾望,進而購買醫美服務之收銀結帳流程,最後診療流程模組達到顧客採取「接受服務消費行動」之目的。醫美機構的各項診療流程即啟動,提供病歷電子化、預約服務功能,為顧客提供個人化的醫美診療服務。
    In the aesthetics medicine industry, the competition among various clinics is fierce. We construct a new business model for the aesthetics medicine industry and will redefine the traditional medical beauty business model. This research constructs a new business model for the aesthetics medicine industry and will redefine the traditional aesthetics medicine business model. We integrated the AIDA model into the process of aesthetics medicine consultation and treatment, and planned to use the intelligent assistance system as the basis of the new type of aesthetics medicine consultation and treatment process. We hope to improve the service quality of aesthetic medicine institutions through the electronic information of aesthetic medicine institutions. The proposed operating model uses consulting services to grasp the actual needs of customers, and can recommend the customized medical aesthetic services for customers. Therefore, the marketing and service quality of aesthetic medicine institutions using this platform can stand out among many competitors.Three functional modules are planned according to the AIDA model, including: (1) Customer relationship module, (2) Aesthetic medicine consultation and recommendation module, (3) Diagnosis and treatment process module. The customer relationship module enables consultants to use mobile devices to allow customers to fill in basic personal information and understand the service items of aesthetic medicine institutions. This approach can enhance customers' trust in aesthetic medicine institutions, display professional-grade aesthetic medicine information, and attract customers' attention. Secondly, the function of the aesthetic medicine consultation recommendation module is mainly to assist the consultant to introduce the aesthetic medicine service treatment to customers. The sharing of successful cases can induce customers to want to be beautiful. When customers want to learn more about their interest in aesthetic medicine services, the clinic can provide consultations, analyze customers' personal needs, and recommend tailor-made package treatments for customers. When the consumer's desire to consume is aroused, they will enter the cashier checkout process for purchasing medical aesthetic services. The diagnosis and treatment process module can enable customers to adopt the purpose of "accepting service consumption action". The various diagnosis and treatment processes of aesthetic medicine institutions provide electronic medical records, appointment service functions, and provide customers with personalized aesthetic medicine diagnosis and treatment services.
