    摘要: 在知識經濟的現代,一個企業體能正常運作需要仰賴於各種資源的一定結構和流程所構成的系統正常運行。其中一環「人」是做為一種資源的重要,任何企業的發展都離不開優秀的人力資源和其有效配置,如何能為企業尋找合適人才,保強企業的生命力和競爭力,建構一套健全的人力資源管理體系,是成為一個企業重要的戰略性任務。而白頭翁命理諮詢中心屬於早期創立之命理傳統行業,由一人化公司漸進式地發展至中小型企業規模之經營方式,在於人事資源方面訂定一套標準化人事作業流程,改變以往管理方式,以期達到適才適用之目的。本研究是為探討本中心採用人力資源管理中人才、育才、留才策略後之公司整體體系變革。在鄭曉明博士《現代企業人力資源管理導論》一書中提出了人力資源管理的5P模式:識人(Perception)、選人(Pick)、用人(Placement)、育人(Professional)、留人(Preservation)為企業建立一套科學有效之人力資源管理體系,也提供企業非常有價值的借鑒意義。
    In the modern era of knowledge economy, the normal operation of an enterprise's physical fitness needs to rely on the normal operation of a system constituted by a certain structure and process of various resources. One of the links "people" is important as a resource. The development of any enterprise is inseparable from excellent human resources and its effective allocation. The purpose of this research is to explore the company's overall system reform after the center adopts the strategy of talents, cultivating and retaining talents in human resource management.
