本研究目的是探究大學社團經營管理之領導關鍵才能。本研究首先透過文獻回顧,找出大學社團幹部應具備之領導相關技巧與能力,並以層級分析法(Analytic Hierarchy Process, AHP)找出領導關鍵才能。本研究結果希望作為增進或改善現今大學社團經營管理領導成效之重要參考依據。本研究對象主要以亞洲大學各社團之社團成員為對象,進行大學社團經營管理關鍵領導才能認知問卷調查,共取得九十六份有效問卷。經Expert Choice分析軟體進行計算構面間之相對權重,本研究資料檢驗通過一致性檢定。研究結果顯示如下:一、以學生的個人背景來比較,在關鍵領導技能感知的權重值排序上,分布式領導最高,其次為魅力型領導,僕人式領導最低。二、學生認為大學社團經營管理之領導關鍵才能為團體分享以及共同參與。三、在不同背景下的學生,在對於個領導才能之重要性認知上,並無顯著的差異。本研究根據分析結果提出管理意涵,作為社團領導人、教育從事者及後續研究者做為未來實務經營運作與研究參考。 The purpose of the present study is to explore the key leadership skills for management of university clubs and associations. Through literature review, the study firstly identified the relevant leadership skills and abilities that cadres of the university clubs and associations should possess; and furthermore, use the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) to determine the key leadership skills. It is hoped that the results of this study can serve as an important reference for enhancing or improving the effectiveness of management and leadership of current university associations. The research participants were mainly composed of all different club and association members of Asia University. A questionnaire survey collecting respondents’ perceptions towards the key leadership skills of university club and association management was conducted. A total of 96 valid questionnaires were obtained. The Expert Choice analysis software was used to calculate the relative weights between the dimensions. All matrices passed consistency tests. The results of the study are: 1.In the comparison of the perception differences among students from different backgrounds, in the weight of leadership skills, distributed leadership ranked the highest, charismatic leadership ranked second, and servant leadership the lowest.2.The students believe that the key leadership skills for management of university clubs and associations are shared leadership, group members collaborating and working together towards shared goals.3.There is no significant difference between students from different backgrounds in their perceptions of the importance of leadership skills.Based on the analysis results, the study provided management implications for leaders of university clubs and associations, educators, and researchers, to serve as a reference in their future practical operations and research.
