近幾年隨著國民的經濟環境成長及健康的意識漸漸提升,除了將花費花在平時最常看見的食、衣、住、行以外,更懂得如何享受在育和樂的生活,而人們健康意識抬頭,在生活中會各自尋找自己適合的健康方法。 本研究"商業模式設計與其績效關係—以成吉思汗及World Gym 健身俱樂部為例以採用線上問卷進行抽樣,透過Google表單問卷進行抽樣,總回收有效樣本96份問卷,樣本分析採用SPSS、商業模式敘述分析、變異數分析及迴歸分析進行樣本資料分析工具。本文透過Amit and Zott(2001)的新穎性及效率性,比較兩家健身房的會員商業模式之差異及與績效的關聯性。研究結果顯示出兩家健身房會員的新穎性與效率性皆與績效關聯性有正向顯著關係 With recent years, the growth of the national economic environment and the gradually increasing awareness of health. In addition to cost on food, clothing, housing and transportation, people more realize that how to enjoy the life of the education and the entertainment. However, people’s awareness of health is on the raised and it made people look for the suited health methods for themselves. Thinking about the issue of the density of population, people choose to go to the leisure sports space which is spacious and is variety. Hence, a gym is rapidly becoming a new choice to foster nation’s healthy life. This study "Business model design and its performance relationship - Take the Genghis Khan and the World GYM Fitness Club as an Example" to sample a line questionnaire, take the go of the Google form questionnaire, the total recycling effective sample 96 questionnaires, sample analysis adopts SPSS, business model narrative Analysis, variability analysis and regression analysis of sample data analysis tools, through the novelty and efficiency of the amit and zott, understand the factors of the two gym membership, two gym members through these influences The business model contribution, the results showed that the business models of the two gym members were positive and the performance relevance was positive.
