摘要:	創新為各產業持續追求基業長青的目標，尤其在華人情境下之產業持續為轉型或升級為智慧製造。本計畫探討在華人情境下以創新能力為觀點，探討製造業在追求創新的同時，公司領導決策以組織結構對於創新能力與創新績效為研究目的。故本計畫以台灣智慧製造產業為主要研究對象，收集 105 家上市公司自民國 95 年至 108 年公司財報，以次級資料內容逐步分析並建構本文次級資料庫，並將整理後各項關鍵字與數據，匯集本研究所需要數據庫，透過統計分析，以數據化呈現，探討領導決策對於公司之組織設計、創新能力與績效影響情形，並對製造業之創新在國內產業發展上提供理論貢獻與實務管理意涵。公司需要有好的領導決策，具備他人無法替代的洞察力，藉此激發員工產生前所未有的創意，凝聚公司團隊與員工，提升公司創新能力與企業創新績效。 Innovation continues to pursue the goal of everlasting foundation for all industries in Chinese context, especially the transformation or upgrading of manufacturing to smart manufacturing. This project takes the innovation capability as the point of view, discusses that while the manufacturing industry is pursuing innovation, the company's leaders’ decisions impact organizational structure as the research purpose of innovation capability and innovation performance. Therefore, this project takes Taiwan’s smart manufacturing industry as the main research object. There are 105 companies in total. The financial reports are subordinated. The data content is gradually analyzed and constructed the sub-database of this topic, and the various keywords and data after collation are collected, and the database needed by this research is collected. Through statistical analysis, it is presented in data to explore the impact of leadership decision on the company’s organizational design and innovation. Ability and performance affect the situation, and provide theoretical contributions and practical management implications for manufacturing innovation in domestic industrial development. Companies need good leaders with insights that others cannot replace, so as to inspire employees to generate unprecedented creativity, unite the company's team and employees, and enhance the company's innovation capabilities and the profitability of innovation performance.
