Abstract: | 目的–這項研究的目的是分析文化智力、領導者的出現和關係認同對團隊合作的影響。 這項研究還提出了領導者出現和關係認同的中介作用。設計/方法學/方法–本研究使用定量方法來分析所提出的假設。 問卷已分發給在台灣從事工作並參與多元文化環境的學生團體。 這項研究使用了原始數據收集,並透過在線調查收集了來自22個國家221名受訪者的54個小組。 因此,本研究採用SEM和自舉法對數據進行了分析。調查結果–文化智力、領導者出現和關係認同對團隊合作具有積極的顯著作用。 此外文化智力與團隊合作之間的關係部分由領導者的出現和關係認同來調節。研究限制–這項研究對受訪者的數量和問卷分發的範圍有所限制。 該問卷僅在台灣學生中分發。實際意義–這項研究針對在不同文化環境中工作或從事工作的人有一些實際的啟示,並為文學提供理論上的貢獻。 首先這些發現能夠使個人在多元文化環境中擁有高水平文化智力的重要性並給予有效而清晰的看法,其次本研究還對變數的構造和項目進行了解釋,這些變數和項目能夠幫助個人獲得較高的文化智力、關係認同、領導者出現和團隊合作精神,再者它說明了文化智力、領導者出現、關係認同和團隊合作之間的關係。 最後基於社會認同理論,本研究揭示了文化智力與團隊合作的關係,以及領導者出現和關係認同的中介作用。原創性/價值–很少有人研究過文化智力對團隊合作的影響以及領導者出現和關係認同的中介作用。 取而代之的是,該研究能夠提供理論和實踐的貢獻。 Purpose – This research aims to analyze the influence of cultural intelligence, leader emergence, and relational identification toward teamwork capability. This research also examines the mediating effect of leader emergence and relational identification.Design/methodology/approach – This research used a quantitative method to analyze the proposed hypotheses. The questionnaires were distributed to groups of students who work and engage in a culturally diverse environment in Taiwan. This research used primary data collection and collected 54 groups with 221 respondents from 22 nationalities through the online questionnaire. Consequently, SEM and bootstrapping methods were applied to analyze the data in this research.Findings – Cultural intelligence, leader emergence, and relational identification have a significant positive effect on teamwork capability. In addition, the relationship between cultural intelligence and teamwork capability is partially mediated by leader emergence and relational identification.Research Limitation – This research has a limitation on the number of the respondent and the scope of questionnaire distribution. The questionnaire was only distributed among students in Taiwan.Implications – This research recommends several practical implications for individuals who work or engage in a culturally diverse environment and theoretical contributions to the literature. First, the findings give valid and clear views to individuals about the importance of having a high level of cultural intelligence in culturally diverse environments. Second, this research also explains the constructs and items of variables that can assist individuals in achieving high levels of cultural intelligence, relational identification, leader emergence, and teamwork capability. Third, it explains the relationship between cultural intelligence, leader emergence, relational identification and teamwork capability. Finally, this research reveals the relationship between cultural intelligence and teamwork capability with mediating role of leader emergence and relational identification based on social identity theory.Originality/value – Very limited studies have examined the influence of cultural intelligence on teamwork capability and the mediating effect of leader emergence and relational identification. In lieu of this, the research is able to provide theoretical and practical contributions. |
