    Abstract: 21世紀之後的今天,女性在社會或勞動市場上的地位逐漸提升,除了在勞動市場的比例中有所提升,領導階級中也不乏出現優秀的女性領導者,這些女性領導者不僅有女性的領導特質,更有屬於“她”力量的企業文化,為企業組織帶來不同的影響,在東方女性領導者中,具有同理心並且願意聆聽為東方女性領導之特質之一,本研究以臺灣中小型企業作為研究對象,並將東方女性領導者特質,劃分為四項構面,分別為善於溝通、適當授權、重視團隊及訂定方向,研究中發現正面臨企業轉型的女性領導者,針對目標的訂定較為謹慎,處理溝通時較為貼心及願意傾聽,重視團隊所改善的企業福利也是清楚簡單,雖然在授權部分會較審慎思考,但仍有授權給專業經理人的案例;透過14位女性領導者,本研究發現女性領導者對企業文化的影響,以及在女性特質下所展現出的領導風格;此外女性領導者人格特質觀點,對於企業層面尤有影響,女性領導者年紀、接手公司模式及公司轉變期等皆會影響到,女性領導者的領導模式及所展現的人格特質。
    Today after the 21st century, the status of women in society or the labor market has gradually improved. In addition to the increase in the proportion of the labor market, there are also outstanding female leaders in the leadership class. These female leaders are not only female leaders. Traits, and the corporate culture that belongs to the "her" power, which has different impacts on corporate organizations. Among Eastern female leaders, empathy and willingness to listen is one of the traits of Eastern female leaders. This study takes Taiwanese Small businesses are taken as the research object, and the traits of Eastern female leaders are divided into four dimensions, namely, good at communication, proper authorization, emphasis on the team, and setting direction. The research found that female leaders who are facing corporate transformation, target their goals The setting of is more cautious, and the communication is more intimate and willing to listen. It is also clear and simple to pay attention to the corporate welfare improved by the team. Although the authorization part will be more carefully considered, there are still cases where professional managers are authorized; through 14 women Leaders, this study found the influence of female leaders on corporate culture, and the leadership style displayed under female characteristics; in addition, the personality traits of female leaders have a particular impact on the corporate level. The age of female leaders and the model of taking over the company And the company's transition period will affect the leadership model and personality traits of female leaders.
