    Abstract: 網路成為現代生活重心,人際關係從真實生活轉為線上社群,網路社群不僅打破和空間的限制,更提供社群成員在任何時間、地點,都能透過網路快速進行溝通和分享,其影響層面涵蓋個人生活、交友圈和家庭生活等,將個人生活的層面串聯在一起。本研究以台灣警察人員為調查對象,採取問卷方式蒐集124份資料,並使用SPSS進行問卷分析。研究結果發現:警察人員資訊素養、認知有用性與認知易用性是影響社群知識分享的重要因素。同時,本研究結果發現,社群知識分享會對警察人員工作績效與警察人員工作生活品質產生正向顯著影響。最後,本研究針對所獲得的分析結果提出研究發現與實務意涵,提供後續學術界與實務界之參考並建議未來學者研究方向。
    The Internet has become the focus of modern life, and it provides community members with fast communication and sharing through the Internet at any time and place, and even police officers also utilize the online community for communication and coordination. The study aims to explore that self-efficacy is affected by police units share knowledge in online institutional communities. Adapting police officers in Taiwan as the subjects of the survey, 124 of the questionnaires were collected, and SPSS was employed for data analysis. The findings of this study indicated that there are important factors that affect knowledge sharing in the online community, including the information literacy of police officers, perceived usefulness, and perceived ease of use. In the meantime, this research found that knowledge sharing in the online community will have a positive and significant influence on the work performance of police officers and the quality of their life. Lastly, this research proposes that outcomes and empirical implications based on the analysis results, and provides further references for academic and practice fields, suggesting the future research directions.
