Abstract: | 大流行已在全球蔓延,並且仍然是長時間的公共衛生突發事件,在新冠疫情爆發的期間,執法機構發揮了至關重要的作用來控制疾病的傳播,及維持公共秩序和促進更安全的社區。為了保護社會大眾的健康,前所未有的嚴格的政府措施已經頒布。由於執行這些措施的情況下,街道巡邏人員將面臨各種挑戰,例如:持續的感染風險,不斷變化的環境導致服務需求發生變化的政府措施,以及警方行政協助的眾多變化,所有這些都可能導致不確定或潛在的壓力狀況。社會支持於警察工作亦有相當程度影響,為工作環境中個人與主管和同事之間的工作互動與氛圍。希望能夠透過此研究了解警察工作倦怠和自我實現,進一步提升工作滿意度,這些因素都是有相關聯的。過去研究中發現大部分都討論工作壓力、社會支持、工作倦怠與工作成就各面項;但卻沒有在這種流行病爆發的情況下同時研究工作壓力、社會支持、工作倦怠等作為是否影響工作滿意因果關係。研究對象選擇全臺灣各地警察機關員警的問卷題項發掘各構面之影響因素,研究結果顯示:在COVID-19疫情流行期間,自我實現越高對工作滿意度有正向關係,而工作倦怠指數越高對工作滿意度有負向關係。從問卷結果可以發現這正向關係是成立的,也符合過去其他學者的研究。 The pandemic has spread globally and is still a long-term public health emergency. In order to protect the health of the general public, unprecedented stringent government measures have been promulgated. In the case of our implementation of these measures, street patrol personnel will face various challenges, such as: continuous infection risk, government measures that change service demands due to changing environments, and numerous changes in police administrative assistance, all of which are possible Lead to uncertain or potentially stressful conditions. Social support also has a considerable impact on police work, which is the interaction and atmosphere between individuals and supervisors and colleagues in the work environment. It is hoped that through this research, we can understand police burnout and self-realization, and further improve job satisfaction. These factors are all related.Past studies have found that most of the various aspects of work stress, social support, job burnout, and personal accomplishment have been discussed; however, they have not simultaneously studied whether work stress, social support, job burnout, etc. affect work during the outbreak of this epidemic. Satisfy causality. The research subjects selected the questionnaires of police officers from all over Taiwan to explore the influencing factors of each aspect. The research results show that during the COVID-19 epidemic, higher self-actualization has a positive relationship with job satisfaction and job burnout The higher the index has a negative relationship with job satisfaction. From the results of the questionnaire, it can be found that this positive relationship is established, which is also in line with the previous research of other scholars. |
