| Abstract: | 近年台灣消防局開始舉辦RIT緊急救援小組成員研習，目的在於讓消防隊員學習美國新型的自救模式。若遭遇緊急狀況，經過RIT訓練的消防人員，可以依照救援流程，迅速協助自家人脫困。透過團隊合作，保住自身性命，獲得更多機會能夠撲滅火勢，將民眾從熊熊火勢中救出。本研究擬在RIT緊急救援小組成員研習課程前，先對消防員們進行RIT緊急救援小組相關測驗。於課程後，再次使用同一份測驗卷，請消防員們作答，將測驗結果使用成對樣本Ｔ統計分析，主要的研究結果如下：(一) 消防員對於快速救援小組(RIT)的管理面向分數較低，需加強RIT小組管理面向之教育訓練。(二) RIT小組裝備應進行較嚴格的檢驗、應維護管理紀錄需電子化管理、應制定屬於台灣管理訓練策略計畫書、教育訓練及執行有效之監督管理。(三) 政府在初步導入快速救援小組(RIT)時，需要在著重於快速救援小組(RIT)的人員的設置及培訓。(四) 消防署對於快速救援小組(RIT)之教育訓練，透過中央的力量及支援，對於地方的各個快速救援小組進行訓練，並可能透過消防署的全國個案統整，將不同地區的救援經驗相互分享。(五) 建議可將台灣建築物的特性納入考量。並透過模擬環境，進行培訓，透過不同的場所的設置及不斷的訓練，試出最適合台灣各種建築物的最佳救援路徑及方式，才能加強快速救援小組(RIT)所帶來的成效。(六) 消防署對於快速救援小組(RIT)之教育訓練，透過中央的力量及支援，對於地方的各個快速救援小組進行訓練，並可能透過消防署的全國個案統整，將不同地區的救援經驗相互分享。綜上，建議後續台灣消防員對於快速救援小組(RIT)有更進一步的認知與了解後，可將更多面向的考量要素納入教學中，以更貼近臺灣快速救援小組(RIT)發展狀態，並探討後續應該如何進一步規劃臺灣消防分隊的人員配置與發展計劃，並透過中央的力量及支援，對於地方的各個快速救援小組進行訓練，並可能透過消防署的全國個案統整，將不同地區的救援經驗相互分享，以降低消防人員在火災現場上的風險。
In recent years, the Taiwan Fire Department has begun to hold seminars for members of the RIT emergency Intervention team, with the purpose of letting firefighters learn the new American self-Intervention model. This study intends to conduct RIT emergency Intervention team-related tests on firefighters before the RIT emergency Intervention team members study courses. After the course, use the same test paper again and ask the firefighters to answer. Use paired sample T to analyze the test results. The main research results are as follows:1. Consumers have lower scores for the management orientation of the Rapid Intervention Team (RIT), and need to strengthen the education and training of the management orientation of the RIT team.The trust toward insurance agents has a significant positive impact on the repurchase intention;2. The equipment of the RIT team should be subject to stricter inspections, management records should be maintained and electronic management should be maintained, and plans for management training strategies belonging to Taiwan, education and training, and effective supervision and management should be formulatedThe personal charisma of insurance agent has a significant positive impact on the trust toward insurance agents;3. When the government initially introduces the rapid Intervention team (RIT), it needs to focus on the establishment and training of the rapid Intervention team (RIT) personnel.4. The fire department ’s education and training of the rapid Intervention team (RIT), through the strength and support of the central government, trains the local rapid Intervention teams, and may share the Intervention experience of different regions with the fire department ’s national case integration .5. It is suggested that the characteristics of Taiwan's buildings can be taken into consideration. And through the simulation environment, training, through the setting of different places and continuous training, try out the best Intervention path and method most suitable for various buildings in Taiwan, in order to strengthen the effectiveness of the rapid Intervention team (RIT).6. The fire department's education and training for rapid Intervention teams (RIT), through the strength and support of the central government, trains local rapid Intervention teams, and may use the fire department’s national case integration to share Intervention experience in different regions.
