    Abstract: 國家通訊傳播委員會積極與地方政府與業者合作宣導,讓民眾更能瞭解有線電視數位化的優點,增進消費者對於有線電視數位化的轉換意願。在前述努力下,推動有線電視數位化成果豐碩,截至109 年 6 月為止,有線電視數位化的普及率已達 100.00%(國家通訊傳播 委 員會,2020)。未來 將 持續 藉 由政 策宣 導 以及 獎 勵機 制等 措 施,結合業者與地方政府,提升有線電視數位化的發展,讓消費者享有更多樣寬頻匯流服務及高畫質節目內容。因此如何運用與整合資源並投其顧客的喜 好進行節目的播送,成為了有線電視業者重要的決策項目之一。
    The National Communications and Communication Commission actively cooperates with local governments and industry players to promote publicity, so that the public can better understand the advantages of digital cable TV and increase consumers' willingness to switch to digital cable TV. Thanks to the aforementioned efforts, the promotion of the digitization of cable television has achieved fruitful results. As of June 2019, the penetration rate of cable television digitization has reached 100.00% (National Communications Commission, 2020). In the future, we will continue to take measures such as policy promotion and incentive mechanism, in conjunction with industry players and local governments, to enhance the digital development of cable TV, so that consumers can enjoy more diversified broadband convergence services and high-quality program content. Therefore, how to use and integrate resources and broadcast programs based on the preferences of their customers has become one of the important decision-making items for the cable TV industry.
