    摘要: 本研究的目的是在探討消防人員如何在困難的情況下,將自給式呼吸器(self-contained breathing apparatus, SCBA)的氣量發揮到最好最久。依現有教材教學,個人尚覺得有些可以增進的部分。故找尋一些相關文獻,加上隊員們的經驗和實地分隊平時的訓練數據,來應證我的假設和方式,期許此方式能將殘壓氣體發揮到最大值。透過兩個部分的雙管齊下,增加消防人員不幸受困時的待救機會:(一)體力的增進及節省。(二)SCBA限流的學習。 研究近10年來消防人員殉職案,佔多數是迷失或是受困後氣量不足殉職的。意外或是外力致死的相對少數,所以氣量若能多延長1分鐘,就能多1分鐘的機會獲救。優化之空氣呼吸器的節氣訓練,有助於延長火場裡面受困待救時間,降低消防救災人員殉職或受傷的情形出現。 透過分隊端對案例的討論,模擬探討當下的處置作為,雖然無法百分之百的原場景重現,但可以讓同仁當做借鏡,不幸發生時才不會手足無措。 研究係採用發放問卷方式,單位包含頭家厝分隊、潭子分隊、豐南分隊及一大隊,將問卷結果依敘述統計將結果量化,強化了研究者優化訓練的決心,期許此研究能被廣泛接受。同心齊力將SCBA的效能提升到最好,將可人為控制的憾事降到最低,強化救災的備援模式。
    The purpose of this study is to explore how firefighters can maximize the capacity of self-contained breathing apparatus (SCBA) for the longest time under difficult circumstances. According to the existing teaching materials, I still feel that some parts can be improved. Hence, I want to verify my hypotheses and methods bylooking for some relevant literatures, and the experience of team members and the data obtained from the usual training of the field team., I hope the proposed method can maximize usage of residual gas pressure. Through the two-pronged strategy, it can increase the chances of firefighters to be rescued when they are unfortunately trapped: (1) Increasing and saving physical strength. (2) Learning of SCBA limitation. In the study of firefighters deaths in the past 10 years, most of them were lost or trapped and had insufficient air to die. A few accidents or a relatively small number of deaths caused by external force. Therefore, if the energy can be extended by 1 minute, there will be a 1 minute more chance of being rescued. Through the discussion of the cases on the branches and the simulation of the rescue situation, , although it is impossible to 100% reproduce of the original scene, it can be used as a reference to the colleagues, so that they will not be at a loss when it happens. This research adopts questionnaires to collect data. The units are received the questionnaires, including Toujia cuo Branch, Tanzi Branch, Fengnan Branch and First Emergency and Rescue Corps. The results of the questionnaire are quantified based on description statistics, which strengthens the researcher’s determination to optimize the training and hopes the outcomes of this research will be widely accepted. Working together formaximizing the effectiveness of SCBA and minimizing the regrettable incidents that can be controlled by humans can strengthen the disaster relief of backup model.
