| Abstract: | 由於全球化、數位資訊化、現代化近程不斷擴張深化下的當今社會，現代經濟的快速發展，使公司企業面臨的各類風險日益凸顯，且已發生重大改變。由於風險引發國際大型企業或金融機構宣告破產倒閉或大範圍的金融危機屢屢爆發，社會經濟發展遭受重創，社會財富損失慘重，更令人驚覺企業經營者對於法律風險意識的低落。從而如何促進企業在國家或國際間之法律規制下正規經營，強化企業優良體質，減少法律風險的發生實現，避免造成不必要的營業損失甚至企業倒閉慘況，企業法律風險管理作業儼然已成為企業風險管理之重要課題。發展迄今之企業法律風險管理理論，是以講求運用科學方法，對於企業經營上可能發生危害之法律事件進行識別、分析、評價，然後採行建議應對及監督，形成完整之企業法律風險管理體系。是本文選定國內汽車貨運業的中連貨運公司之單一企業，實際進行該企業法律風險之實證研究，同時因應政府將來對於汽車貨運業之政策，對國內汽車貨運業者之法律風險管理作業提出具體建議。同時藉由本文對中連貨運公司之實證研究作為範例，試圖建立企業法律風險分析與評價模型，爾後亦可據以針對各類企業之經營，實施其法律風險分析與評價。

Due to the risk of large international enterprises or financial institutions declaring bankruptcy or repeated outbreaks of large-scale financial crises, social and economic development has suffered heavy losses, and social wealth has suffered heavy losses. It is even more alarming that business operators have low awareness of legal risks. Therefore, how to promote the normal operation of enterprises under the national or international legal regulations, strengthen the good physique of the enterprise, reduce the occurrence of legal risks, and avoid unnecessary business losses or even the tragic collapse of the enterprise, the enterprise legal risk management operation has become an Important subject of risk management.The theory of enterprise legal risk management developed so far is to use scientific methods to identify, analyze and evaluate legal events that may be harmful to the operation of the enterprise, and then adopt recommendations, responses and supervision to form a complete enterprise legal risk management system. This article selects a single enterprise of Zhonglian Freight Forwarding Company in the domestic automobile freight industry, and actually conducts an empirical study on the legal risk of this enterprise. At the same time, in accordance with the government's future policy on the automobile freight industry, it proposes specific suggestions for the legal risk management of domestic automobile freight industry. At the same time, by taking the empirical study of Zhonglian Freight Forwarding Company as an example, we try to establish a model of enterprise legal risk analysis and evaluation.
