In recent years, prices have continued to rise, and the severe new coronary pneumonia in the past few years has undoubtedly made things worse. The bank's fixed deposit interest rate has been at a low level for a long time, and there is no interest rate at all, which makes teachers feel that their real salary income has decreased. Under the reform, pensions are at stake, so most teachers believe that it is necessary to take good care of money. This study mainly used the questionnaire survey method. The object of the survey is mainly teachers in Greater Taipei and Greater Taichung. The research tool used the self-edited "Research Questionnaire to Explore Teachers' Active Income Planning and Passive Income Creation during the Epidemic" to analyze Taipei and Taichung. The teachers in the region will further explore whether teachers' financial planning and creation will be affected by the variables of different backgrounds and environments, based on the actual situation of their active income planning and passive income creation. After research and discussion, it is found that there is little difference between the planning of active income and the creation of passive income for teachers in Greater Taipei and Greater Taichung. Even the planning of active income and the creation of passive income tend to be positive, which reflects that teachers understand the importance of both. However, some teachers have no experience in creating passive income. Lack of interest. Finally, among the different background variables of teachers, the samples in this study are in the one-factor variance analysis, such as: teaching service area, age group, education background, marital status, monthly savings and investment and financial management experience, planning and planning of active income during the epidemic and Passive income creation had a significant effect; however, gender, number of primary dependents, and monthly active income during the pandemic had no significant effect on either. This study also found that during the epidemic, teachers' active income planning and passive income creation were positively correlated, which means that teachers' investment and financial management concepts are no longer as conservative as before. With the changes of the times and the environment, most teachers have become more More and more attention is paid to the importance and necessity of investment and financial management.
