摘要:	最近幾年台灣半導體、家電及光電等各種高科技產業持續快速蓬勃發展，一直維繫著我國經濟成長之命脈，已使得此高科技產業成為我國現階段及未來產業之重心。研磨製程在高精密度機構零組件的製程中扮演重要的一環，因此，研磨加工產業在面臨現在的台灣缺工及全球疫情問題，必須做好準備．本研究將探討台灣研磨加工產業，以台中地區的研磨加工廠作為研究對象，透過深度訪談歸納出研磨加工廠的目前問題，並透過SWOT分析及TOWS矩陣分析，研擬出台灣研磨加工產業的策略方向。本研究結果，提出對台中地區研磨加工產業的策略建議，1.管控加工品質，打響台灣加工產業名聲；2.提升外籍勞工的品質；3.導入自動化設備，改善缺工問題；4.台中地區加工產業相互合作；5.改善環境吸引人才加入。 In recent years, various high-tech industries such as semiconductors, home appliances, and optoelectronics in Taiwan have been developing very well and have always maintained the lifeblood of my country's economic growth. This high-tech industry has become the focus of Taiwan's current and future industries. The grinding processing industry is an important part in the manufacturing of high-precision mechanical components. Therefore, the grinding processing industry must be prepared in the face of the current shortage of worker problem in Taiwan and the global epidemic.This research will discuss the grinding processing industry in Taiwan, taking the industry in Taichung as the research object, and summarizes the current problems through in-depth interviews. Through SWOT analysis and TOWS matrix analysis, developed the strategic direction of Taiwan's grinding processing industry.Based on the results of this study, deduce the strategic suggestions for the grinding processing industry in the central region.1. Controlling the quality of product, processing and building the reputation of Taiwan's grinding processing industry.2. Improve the quality of foreign workers3. Import automation equipment to improve labor shortage4. Inter-industry cooperation in Taichung5. Improve the environment to attract talents to join.
