Vehicles bring convenience and comfort to transportation and convenience of transportation, shorten travel time, and are not affected by harsh weather. Therefore, the demand for automobiles has greatly increased. Under the concepts of autonomous driving technology (Autonomous), Connectivity (Connectivity), Shared (Shared), and Future of Mobility (Future of Mobility), the four core industries of electric vehicles (Electrified) are mature and will be Driven by the century-old revolution of the traditional automobile industry, the market demand for electric vehicles has also increased sharply, and it has become a business model for creating new enterprises. It will create more related industrial chain enterprises and automobile manufacturers, bringing huge business opportunities. The European Union has set a CO2 emission standard target year of 2020, and restricts the average carbon emission of new vehicles to not exceed 95 grams per kilometer. Subsidies for electric vehicles have accelerated the large-scale sales of electric vehicles in Europe. Countries around the world have adopted more incentive measures. Many countries have successively set a year for banning the sale of fuel vehicles and pledged to zero emissions, which has accelerated the market shift. It is possible to develop a new economy and achieve carbon reduction. The electric vehicle industry is very optimistic in the next 30 years. With the help of "Five Forces Analysis", we can analyze the refinement and in-depth analysis of corporate strategies, and analyze the advantages and disadvantages in the commodity competition environment. In the environment of global competition, we will find a way for enterprises and commodities to quickly find competitive opportunities. point. And understand the situation of the general environment, and help enterprises to go out of their own way. Only by fully grasping and understanding various analytical tools, and having a clear mind, expanding to strategic considerations, and living in an uninterrupted dynamic adjustment environment, can we enhance our core competitiveness in the long run.
