將廢棄物當作資源回收再利用一直是環保科技所追求的目標，台灣的環境政策從垃圾減量、分類、回收的機制以及資源回收再利用的推廣都不遺餘力，但目前政府的努力遠不及廢棄物的產出，因此如何發展循環經濟是目前台灣必須正視的重要議題。本研究期望藉由訪談廚餘實際回收的人員們，進而了解目前廚餘處理相關流程，並對政府提出合理的政策及推廣方法的相關建議，以改善目前廚餘回收機制的發展方向。以現行目前的廚餘回收情況來看，各社區都有以廚餘收集及清運方法，由家戶以廚餘桶或其他容器分類暫存，收集方式則採定點廚餘回收桶與廚餘回收車逐戶收集等方式。大多的廚餘相關設置個社區都有達成，但在民眾端執行分類的方法及類別還是有很多迷思，讓民眾進行廚餘回收的內容經常要另外人工進行處理，故還是需要進行更廣泛的宣導，讓民眾能夠更加了解廚餘回收的項目以及類別，同時也為廚餘回收處理人員減少後續處理的麻煩。透過訪談分析可以發現，雖然政府已經針對廚餘回收的相關分類方法及廚餘回收制定相關規定，但實際執行的情況稜不理想，本研究建議政府可以增大推廣的力度，使相關規定及宣導能夠增加曝光度，讓更多民眾能夠看到並且配合執行。 Taiwan's environmental policy has spared no effort in waste reduction, separation, recycling mechanism, and promotion of resource recovery and reuse, but the government's efforts are far less than the production of waste. This study aims to understand the current food waste treatment process by interviewing the actual food waste collectors, and to suggest reasonable policies and promotion methods to the government in order to improve the development direction of the current food waste recycling mechanism.In terms of the current food waste recycling situation, all communities use food waste collection and transportation methods, with households using food waste bins or other containers for temporary storage, and the collection methods are fixed food waste recycling bins and food waste recycling trucks for door-to-door collection. However, there are still many myths about the methods and types of sorting that can be implemented at the public end, so that people often have to manually handle the contents of food waste recycling.This study suggests that the government should increase its promotion efforts so that the regulations and publicity can be more visible and enforced by the public.
