摘要:	本研究的目的在於探討偏鄉國小棒球隊經營管理之研究，並以臺中市自由國小組長及教練為訪談對象。透過球隊管理、政府政策、社會資源、家庭因素等四個構面來探討偏鄉國小棒球隊經營管理現況，研究結果顯示：一、球隊管理：除了偏鄉地區的人數較為稀少外，少子化也衝擊著偏鄉國小少棒隊的招生。另外球隊與學校的配合上，學校的支持相當重要，學校、師長、球隊三方之間的配合上，也是球隊能否順利運作的重要關鍵。二、政府政策：臺中市少棒球隊補助款的多寡是以前一年參賽成績及參賽數作依據。就會有著多者恆多、少著恆少的不良循環。也是政府相關單位未來能夠思考的問題。三、社會資源：偏鄉地區的社會資源，相對較都市地區少。在社會資源挹注的議題上，政府相關單位也能思考是否有社會資源的媒合機制，讓球隊及企業達到雙贏的局面。四、家庭因素：偏鄉地區有些家庭功能較為薄弱，球隊在這一部份，適度的關心及介入可以彌補家庭功能的不足。對偏鄉國小棒球隊未來發展的的建議：偏鄉國小棒球隊的環境條件有其限制性。在政府相關的補助方式上，以及如何結合社會資源來幫助偏鄉球隊，都是政府相關單位能再思考及討論的議題。 The purpose of this study is to investigate the management of baseball teams in rural areas, and the interviewees are the captains and coaches of Taichung Free State Team. The study investigated the current situation of baseball team management in rural areas through four dimensions: team management, government policies, social resources, and family factors.I. Team management: In addition to the relatively small number of people in the rural areas, the enrollment of Little League teams in the rural areas is also affected by the growing number of children. In addition, the support from the school is very important in the cooperation between the team and the school, and the cooperation between the school, the teacher and the team is also an important key to the smooth operation of the team.II. Government Policy: The amount of subsidy for Taichung City Little League is based on the previous year's results and the number of participants. It will be a bad cycle that the more is always more and the less is always less. This is also a problem that the government can consider in the future.III. Social resources: Social resources in rural areas are relatively less than those in urban areas. On the issue of social resources injection, the relevant government units can also consider whether there is a social resources matchmaking mechanism, so that the team and the enterprise can achieve a win-win situation.IV. Family factors: some families in rural areas are weak, the team in this part of the appropriate care and intervention can make up for the lack of family function.Suggestions for the future development of the rural elementary school baseball team:The environment conditions of the baseball teams in rural areas have their limitations. In terms of government subsidies and how to combine social resources to help rural baseball teams, these are issues that the relevant government agencies should consider and discuss again.
