    Abstract: 再生資源產業是當今世界的朝陽產業,也是循環經濟的重要組成部分,世界各國越來越重視環境保護問題,開始推廣清潔生產技術,使環保產品和服務的市場規模越來越大。如今大陸的再生銅產業前景大好,但隨著大陸的諸多法規出臺,使環境產業進入了追求品質和效果的時代,面對此發展機遇,環保企業開始憑藉收購或併購的方式來壯大自己現有的主業或打造多元化的綜合平臺。本研究所訪談並探討的兩家再生銅公司,併購方(陸資企業)為提高自身企業的再生銅垂直整合的核心競爭能力與市場競爭能力,而對被併購方(台資企業)產生濃厚的興趣,其因就是台資企業具有再生銅垂直整合的核心競爭能力及不錯的企業社會形象,一旦完成併購(現分期併購中),將對陸資企業的自身競爭能力會有很大的提升,且企業社會形象更會加成。另獲得現金流的台資企業也能去完善、提升、創新台灣母公司的核心技術工藝,以及投資新的資源回收產業。
    The recycling industry is the sunshine industry in the world today and is an important part of the circular economy. Countries around the world are paying more and more attention to environmental protection issues and are promoting clean production technologies, resulting in a larger market for environmental protection products and services. Nowadays, the future of the copper recycling industry in China is promising, but with the introduction of many laws and regulations in China, the environmental industry has entered an era of quality and effectiveness.In this study, the strategy of merger and acquisition of two copper recycling companies were interviewed and discussed. In order to improve the core competitiveness and market competitiveness in the vertical integration for copper recycling of the merging party (a Mainland-owned company), the merging party is interested in the merged party (a Taiwan-owned company). Because the Taiwan-owned company has the core competitiveness in the vertical integration of copper recycling and a good corporate social image. Once the merger and acquisition are completed (currently in progress), it will greatly enhance the competitiveness of the Chinese companies and add to their corporate social image. On the other side, it will also greatly enhance the competitiveness of the Taiwan-based enterprise and increase their social image.
