本論文以W公司為例,探討提供柴油發電機相關服務之小型電機公司,其經營管理策略及相關關鍵因素,期許能夠分析柴油發電機服務市場需求及企業經營模式,尋找永續經營甚至進一步成長之可能性。因此,本研究之目的如下:(1)探討柴油發電機相關服務之個案公司現況。(2)探討個案公司有效的經營策略分析:商業模式、SWOT分析、五力分析。(3)提供研究結果予相關或相似產業未來發展之參考。 研究發現W公司以其專業技術為核心能力,維持經營有餘,創新發展不足。W公司可針對現有目標客戶,加強價值主張連結;加強網路通路,提供多元顧客關係維繫管道;引入培養年輕人才,擴大維修服務客戶數量。後續研究者可針對發電機維修服務公司之不同規模,進一步深入研究;或在類似領域之維修服務公司,比較其經營之商業模式差異。 This research takes W Company as an example to discuss the operation and management strategies and related key factors of a small motor company that provides diesel generator related services. It is expected to analyze the market demand for diesel generator services and the business model of the company, and to find sustainable operations and even further growth of the possibility. Therefore, the purpose of this study is as follows: (1) To explore the current situation of the case companies of diesel generator related services. (2) Discuss the effective business strategy analysis of the case company: business model, SWOT analysis, five forces analysis. (3) Provide research results for future development of related or similar industries. The study found that W Company, with its professional technology as its core capability, has more than enough to maintain operations and insufficient innovation and development. W Company can strengthen the connection of value propositions for the existing target customers; strengthen the network channel, provide a variety of customer relationship maintenance channels; introduce and cultivate young talents, and expand the quantity of maintenance service customers. Subsequent researchers can conduct further in-depth research on different scales of generator maintenance service companies; or compare the differences in business models of maintenance service companies in similar fields.
