Abstract: | 近年來露營活動風潮逐漸興盛,隨著人民經濟水平提升,民眾露營的意願也跟著上升,並帶動露營區的成長,截至中華民國露營協會2021年常態性露營人口公式統計,台灣常態性人口已突破400萬人。而在2020年初新冠肺炎影響全球,改變人民的休閒方式,為了同時保有戶外休閒遊玩及保持社交距離,人們紛紛轉向以露營的方式作為休閒娛樂。本研究以南投縣國姓鄉為例,探討露營區業者之經營形態及新冠肺炎對於露營區所帶來的影響及應對,並藉由半結構式訪談露營區經營業者來進行歸納及結論。最後會根據研究所得到的結論,可以提供露營區經營業者或相關單位在經營上之建議與參考,例如業者未來可以將露營區融入體驗活動並結合教育或是相關宣導品,以提升民眾素質;未來業者可以參加相關的研習,以提升露營區經營品質,增加競爭力,使露友對重遊的意願跟著提高,增加滿意度。 In recent years, the trend of camping activity has gradually flourished, with the improvement of the people’s economic level, the people’s willingness to camp has also risen, and driven the growth of the camping area, as of The Camping Association Of The R.O.C 2021 normal camping population formula statistics, Taiwan’s normal population has exceeded 4 million people. At the beginning of 2020, COVID-19 affected the world, changing the way people leisure, in order to include out-door leisure and social distancing at the same time, people have turned to camping as leisure and entertainment.The study is a case of Renai Township, Nantou County, this study explores the business style of camping area operators and the impact and response of COVID-19 on the camping area, then summarizes and concludes by interviewing camping area operators in a semi-structured manner.Finally, according to the conclusions obtained by the research institute, the suggestions and references of the operators of the camping area or relevant units in the operation can be provided, for example, the operators can integrate the camping area into the experience activities and combine them with education or related publicity materials in the future to improve the quality of the public; In the future, operators can participate in relevant workshops to improve the quality of camping area operations, increase competitiveness, and increase the willingness of people to revisit and increase satisfaction. |
