本研究目的是探索後疫情時代醫療觀光產業可行性的探討研究。世界經濟的發展,人們重視休閒旅遊生活,重視養生健康保健成為習慣,因此國際觀光旅遊業開始蓬勃發展起來,更帶動了許多國家的經濟,同時間醫療產業國際化也正興起,在這時間環境條件氣氛中,觀光和醫療產業成功結合成為新興形態商業,如醫療觀光、醫美觀光、健康休閒觀光等等產業。2020年COVID-19疫情蔓延改變許多消費巿場的生態,醫療觀光產業大受到影響後,在疫情時代來臨,業者如何面對疫後經營可行性找出策略。本研究以質性研究深入訪談個案,運用SWOT分析、TOWS分析研究後疫情時代醫療觀光產業經營管理策略。 The purpose of this study is to explore the feasibility of the medical tourism industry in the post-epidemic era. The development of the world economy, people attach importance to leisure tourism life, pay attention to health care has become a habit, so the international tourism industry began to flourish, but also led to the economy of many countries, at the same time the internationalization of the medical industry is also rising, in this time environmental conditions atmosphere, tourism and medical industry successfully combined into a new form of business, such as medical tourism, medical beauty tourism, health and leisure tourism and other industries. The spread of the COVID-19 epidemic in 2020 has changed the ecology of many consumer markets, and after the medical tourism industry has been greatly affected, in the era of the epidemic, how to face the feasibility of post-epidemic operations and find strategies. In this study, we conduct in-depth interviews with qualitative research, and use SWOT analysis and TOWS analysis to study the operation and management strategies of the medical tourism industry in the post-epidemic era.
