    题名: 專業能力、第二專長及創業自我效能與創業績效之研究—以台中美學苑補習班為例

    摘要: 後疫情時代,工作者面臨更多未知的變數與挑戰,許多上班族在影響下,仍尋業外收入或準備轉職,惟多轉職者卻無第二專長可適任,因此更多的專長是否提高創業績效或者需要專業的管理能力來提高創業績效,本研究從四個構面1.專業能力、2.第二專長、3.創業自我效能、4.創業績效所得分析數值顯示,第二專長的可對受測者自信心的提升,並對專業能力有提升的效果,研究顯示一般受測者對創業自我效能及創業績效的財務管理認知薄弱,如結合補習班加強兩項課程作系統性的課程,將可有效提升課程的完整性讓學員受惠。本研究目的是探討美容業專業技術工作人員之專業能力、第二專長、創業自我效能與創業績效之關係。研究方法採取調查研究法,以台中美學苑補習班之學員隨機抽樣,共發250份正式問卷,問卷回收58份,回收率23.2%,網路問卷回收53份,共計111份。取得的分析結果為:一、專業能力對創業績效具有正向影響。二、第二專長對專業能力與創業績效之調節效果不顯著。三、創業自我效能對專業能力與創業績效之調節效果不顯著。 最後根據研究結果提出,本研究建議想要創業的學員,應多累積相關實務之專業能力,不管是相關產業之工作經驗、知識或是技術等,但不需被是否擁有足夠創業自我效能所侷限。
    In the post-epidemic era, workers are facing more unknown variables and challenges. Under the influence, many office workers are still looking for extra-professional income or preparing to change jobs. However, many job changers do not have a second expertise to be suitable for, so more expertise Whether to improve entrepreneurial performance or need professional management ability to improve entrepreneurial performance, this research from four aspects: 1. Professional ability, 2. Second expertise, 3. Entrepreneurial self-efficacy, 4. Entrepreneurial performance Expertise can improve the self-confidence of the subjects and has the effect of improving the professional ability. Research shows that the general subjects have a weak understanding of the financial management of entrepreneurial self-efficacy and entrepreneurial performance. Sexual courses will effectively improve the integrity of the courses for the benefit of students.The purpose of this study is to explore the relationship between professional competence, secondary expertise, entrepreneurial self-efficacy and entrepreneurial performance of professional and technical staff in the beauty industry. The research method adopts the survey research method. The students of Taichung Aesthetics Court remedial class are randomly sampled. A total of 250 formal questionnaires are distributed, 58 questionnaires are returned, and the recovery rate is 23.2%. 53 online questionnaires are returned, totaling 111. The results of the analysis are as follows: 1. Professional ability has a positive impact on entrepreneurial performance. 2. The adjustment effect of the second expertise on professional ability and entrepreneurial performance is not significant. 3. The moderating effect of entrepreneurial self-efficacy on professional ability and entrepreneurial performance is not significant.Finally, according to the research results, this research suggests that students who want to start a business should accumulate more professional skills in relevant practices, whether it is work experience, knowledge or technology in related industries, but not limited by whether they have sufficient entrepreneurial self-efficacy.
