實習為目前餐飲相關科系透過學校與企業資源的結合,達到互助互利的方式使學生不僅可以在學校學習專業技術外,也可以於在校期間透過至企業實習方式至業界學習未來將面臨的工作與責任,提升自身競爭力,並使學生可以瞭解未來職業生涯規畫,業者也可以透過提供學校企業實習方式挑選及培訓適合的人才,降低所需負擔的額外人力成本,進而提升企業競爭力,以達到雙贏的結果。本研究以某科技大學餐飲管理系四年級且已完成一學年企業實習的學生為研究對象進行線上問卷調查。並將回收問卷進行基本資料分析、信度分析、多元?歸分析等各相關構面進行探討,以了解學生於畢業後是否於原實習單位任職,一共回收162份問卷,有效問卷155份。總結本研究發現,學校面向、學生面向、企業面向皆對實習滿意度有正向且顯著影響,同時滿意度也對原企業實習單位留任意願有正向且顯著影響,建議學校及企業可對學生實習需求提供必要的輔導課程,以供學生更加完善且有制度的工作環境與狀態,藉以提高學生於畢業後於原企業實習單位留任意願。 Internships are currently catering-related departments through the combination of school and corporate resources to achieve mutual assistance and mutual benefit. The industry can also select and train suitable talents by providing school-enterprise internships, reducing the additional labor costs required, thereby enhancing the competitiveness of enterprises. to achieve a win-win outcome.This study conducted an online questionnaire survey on the fourth-year students of the Department of Food and Beverage Management of a university of science and technology who have completed a one-year corporate internship as the research object. The questionnaires were collected through basic data analysis, reliability analysis, multivariate regression analysis and other relevant aspects to explore whether the students worked in the original internship unit after graduation. A total of 162 questionnaires were collected, and 155 were valid questionnaires.In conclusion, this study found that school-oriented, student-oriented, and enterprise-oriented all have a positive and significant impact on internship satisfaction. At the same time, satisfaction also has a positive and significant impact on the willingness to stay in the original enterprise internship unit. Internship needs provide necessary tutoring courses to provide students with a more complete and systematic working environment and status, so as to improve students' willingness to stay in the original enterprise internship unit after graduation..
