Abstract: | 組織是由人所組成,面對近年各產業的蓬勃發展,對於人才的需求更是到求才若渴的階段,尤其對於服務業的產業特性需建構在高人力需求上,故人員的契合度對於各企業絕對是首要第一步,唯有讓正確合適的人加入隊伍,將不適合的人調整,企業才能持續經營下去。而各組織的主管領導風格,對於人員的特質發揮及績效的達成,能否帶領企業面對變化多端的環境,也增加了人員管理上的變數。隨著各類人才在不同企業間的流動迅速,如何正確及有效的員工與組織文化融合,並將自我特質與技能發揮在工作需求上,達成工作任務,需求與供給的搭配絕對是各人資部門重要的課題。企業中各階層主管,帶領各單位完成組織交辦的任務,達成績效,單位主管的領導風格能否塑造團隊氣氛,建立人員信心,績效達成,以至於關懷員工心靈,工作技能的教育皆是組織賦予主管的基本職責。本研究將探討全家便利商店內員工對於其契合度(個人與組織適配,個人與工作適配)對工作績效的關聯性,並探討主管的轉換型領導風格,對其適配度和工作績效間的影響又會有何關聯。研究方法主要採用問卷調查蒐集樣本,以全家便利商店營業部,加盟店和直營店員工為對象,蒐集資料使用SPSS統計程式進行個變數間分析整理,得出結論。 Organizations are made up of people.
