台灣之地方自治中,區域性里長為最接近人民之公務人員,所負責業務與人民息息相關,又里長為民選之公務人員。然而,過去研究很少探討里長與里民忠誠度的影響因素。因此,本研究目的主要探討里長專業能力與選民忠誠度之關連性影響。本研針對里長之服務機制進行文獻探討,並佐以專業能力及服務品質作為後續之滿意度探究,其找出影響選民之因子。本研究以板橋區中正里為研究對象,共收集有效問卷525份。經由統計分析結果顯示,里長專業能力對里長服務品質具有顯著性影響,里長專業能力與里長服務品質皆會影響著里民滿意度。本研究發現,里長服務品質與里民滿意度會影響里民忠誠度,但里長專業能力卻不會對里民忠誠度產生顯著有影響。 The regional village chief is the elected public official in Taiwan, who hears the people’s voice promptly and manages their affairs. However, there was little published data discussed on the impact factors which focus on the relationship between the village chief and the neighborhood residents’ loyalty. Hence, this study aims to explore the relationship between the professional competence of the village chief and the loyalty of the constituency. This study conducts a literature discussion on the service mechanism of the village chief and explores the village chief’s professional competence and service quality as critical factors that are possible to influence the satisfaction of the constituency. In this study, a total of 525 valid questionnaires were collected from neighborhood residents who live in Zhongzheng Li, Banqiao District. The results of the statistical analysis showed that the professional competence of the village chief had a critical impact on their service quality; also, the village chief’s professional competence and service quality affect the neighborhood resident’s satisfaction. The key findings of this paper are that the village chief’s service quality and the satisfaction of the neighborhood residents both impact on the loyalty of constituency, whereas the village chief’s professional competence has no significant influence on the loyalty of constituency.
