摘要:	隨著經濟的增長，製造企業既面臨機遇，也面臨挑戰。該行業的智能技術為追求供應鏈創新和績效提供了堅實的基礎。然而，製造企業不再能夠獨立運營，需要與外部和內部利益相關者合作，以改善供應鏈創新和績效。本研究的目的是研究智能技術在製造業供應鏈整合中對供應鏈創新和供應鏈績效的中介作用。本研究還考察了供應鏈整合對供應鏈創新的影響，進而對供應鏈績效的影響。在本研究中使用定量方式檢查了提出的假設。問卷被發送給在紡織和服裝製造部門以及供應鏈/運營管理層面工作的個人。本研究使用原始數據收集並通過在線調查收集受訪者。共回收有效問卷319份。因此，本研究中的數據使用 SEM 和自舉方法進行了分析。結果表明，所有領域都具有正相關且顯著的相關性。此外，供應鏈創新與供應鏈績效之間的關係部分是由智能技術調節的。本研究對問卷分發範圍有限制，僅在印度尼西亞分發。本研究通過向企業提供關於高水平供應鏈整合、供應鏈創新和智能技術綜合方向的重要性的清晰觀點，為企業提高其供應鏈績效提出了幾個實際意義。此外，本研究通過智能技術的中介作用揭示了供應鏈整合、供應鏈創新和供應鏈績效之間的關係。 Manufacturing companies had both opportunities and challenges as the economy grew. Smart technology in this industry provides a solid foundation to pursue supply chain innovation and performance. however, manufacturing enterprises are no longer capable of operating on their own, necessitating collaboration with both external and internal stakeholders to improve supply chain innovation and performance. The purpose of this research is to investigate the mediating effect of smart technology on supply chain innovation and supply chain performance with supply chain integration in the manufacturing industry. This research also examines the influence of supply chain integration on supply chain innovation, then towards supply chain performance. The proposed hypotheses were examined using a quantitative manner in this study. The questionnaires were delivered to individual who work in the textile and garment manufacturing sector and at the supply chain/ operation managerial level. This study used primary data collection and gathered respondents via an online survey. A total 319 valid questionnaires were collected. Consequently, the data in this study was analyzed using SEM and bootstrapping approaches. The results show that all domains have positive and significant correlation. In addition, the relationship between supply chain innovation and supply chain performance is partially mediated by smart technology. This study has limitation on the scope of questionnaire distribution, which is distributed only in Indonesia. This study suggest several practical implication for firms to improve its supply chain performance by giving a clear views to firms about the importance of having high level of supply chain integration, supply chain innovation, and a comprehensive direction of smart technology. Moreover, this study reveals the relationship between supply chain integration, supply chain innovation, and supply chain performance with mediating role of smart technology.
