面對全球碳排放持續惡化導致地球暖化與氣候變遷已嚴重影響環境生態驟變危機與安全,以及天然能源有限衍生全球企業對綠色經濟快速逢勃發展之際。近年來,學術與實務界均對可持續發展績效的研究日益重視,因為它被認為是企業獲得競爭優勢經營策略關鍵重要因素。因此,本研究係針對綠色產業升級轉型同時以綠色導向和綠色供應鏈整合發展綠色創新並實現可持續發展績效的競爭優勢為研究議題,本研究以台灣地區與其他國家綠色產業企業組織為研究主要對象,採立意抽樣方式並發放500份調查問卷,共回收有效問卷247份。本研究主要目的是調查各變項兩者之間影響關係,基於綠色導向與綠色供應鏈整合的經營策略選擇,發展包括綠色創新與可持續發展績效的競爭優勢,並探討以綠色創新中介影響關係之關聯性。為詮釋社會科學學門高複雜性特徵,本研究將使用結構方程模型(SEM)以及SmartPLS實證研究調查數據進行比較驗證分析。驗證結果發現各變項兩者之間關連性具有正向影響關係,透過綠色創新強化可持續發展績效具有中介影響效果。研究結果也發現,綠色產業經營管理競爭優勢策略關鍵因素中透過綠色創新可強化可持續發展績效包含環境、社會與經濟績效均衡發展,將此研究結果提供實務運用及學術界研究之參考。 In the face of the continuous deterioration of global carbon emissions, global warming and climate change have seriously affected the environmental and ecological crisis and security, and the limited natural energy has led to the rapid development of global enterprises in the green economy. In recent years, both academic and practical circles have paid more and more attention to the study of sustainable development performance, because it is considered to be a key and important factor in business strategies for enterprises to obtain competitive advantages. Therefore, this research is aimed at the upgrading and transformation of green industries while focusing on green orientation and green supply chain integration to develop green innovation and achieve the competitive advantage of sustainable development performance. This research focuses on green industry enterprise organizations in Taiwan and other countries. Subjects, 500 questionnaires were distributed by means of intentional sampling, and a total of 247 valid questionnaires were recovered. The main purpose of this research is to investigate the relationship between the two variables, the choice of business strategies based on green orientation and green supply chain integration, to develop a competitive advantage including green innovation and sustainable development performance, and to explore the relationship between green innovation as an intermediary the correlation. In order to explain the high complexity characteristics of social sciences, this study will use structural equation modeling (SEM) and SmartPLS empirical research survey data for comparative validation analysis. The verification results show that the correlation between the variables has a positive relationship, and the enhancement of sustainable development performance through green innovation has a mediating effect. The research results also found that among the key factors of the competitive advantage strategy of green industry management, green innovation can enhance the sustainable development performance, including the balanced development of environmental, social and economic performance. This research result provides a reference for practical application and academic research.
