本報告主要目的在於探討消防人員從事戰術體能訓練與常年訓練中體能測驗的差異,並提供消防人員進行體能訓練時的建議事項。消防人員常常需要面對各式各樣的緊急狀況,不論是救災或是救護,每個現場都是獨一無二的狀況,每每都考驗著消防人員臨機應變的能力,也因為消防人員必須使用各式救災器材、執行各項救災戰術,消防人員於平時就要鍛鍊體力,以應付每一個災害現場。然而,在以往消防人員的體能訓練,大多數是以消防人員常年訓練中體能測驗的標準來進行訓練,隨著時代的進步,已經有越來越多科學理論支持的新式體能訓練可以參酌,因此該項標準內所要求的體能測驗標準是否能夠有效地強化消防人員的體適能,值得所有消防人員來探討。本報告中介紹了現代科學化的肌力訓練理論以及訓練方式,對比上傳統體能訓練的強度區間,提供給消防人員在進行體能訓練時參考。最後針對中央到地方到個人策進作為的建議,期許消防人員能夠在執勤時更安全有效。 The main purpose of this technical report is to explore the difference between tactical strength and conditioning and regular physical fitness training of firefighters and provides advice on physical training for firefighters. Firefighters are often faced with a variety of emergencies, like rescue from a disaster scene or emergency medical services, each scene is unique, and that tests the ability of firefighters to respond to emergencies, also because firefighters must use various of equipment and execute many kinds of disaster relief tactics, so firefighters must keep exercise to cope with every scene of emergency. Be that as it may, nowadays most of firefighters choose traditional ways to train themselves due to fit for annual examines. Progress with times, there are more and more new types of physical training supported by scientific theories that can be considered, worth discussing with firefighters. This report introduces the modern scientific theory of muscle strength training and training methods, compares to traditional physical training ways. Finally, this report provides some suggestions for the central and local authorities and individuals, hope firefighters can be safer and more effective when on duty.
