Abstract:	仁愛鄉法治村的好山好水及獨特的天然環境，本研究訪查過程，由武界部落歷史發展及人文、自然生態環境的樣貌切入，以永續經營觀點，觀察近年武界部落觀光產業發展及其部落族人的經濟支持關係、產業發展及自然、人文、文化生態的衝擊，並提出「建立部落組織、爭取政府資源、人才培訓、提升服務品質」等產官學合作理念，全方位檢視所有觀光產業推行的影響因子，兼顧政府的投入資源與部落發展自主性，建立以當地住民為主體的旅遊型態。本研究以焦點團體法綜合歸納以下結論：一、仁愛鄉武界部落目前觀光產業發展，必須設計多樣有變化的套裝行程，與其他業者策略聯盟，創造加值觀光乘數效果。二、善用原住民地區豐富生態特質，讓民宿業者朝永續經營的目標前進，擴大市場範圍，並建議在地業者共同合作成立仁愛鄉法治村部落觀光產業文化永續發展協會組織，成為整合在地及外來人、事、物的各方資源平台。三、擴大部落參與及人才培育，公平回饋部落族人，擬定出策略與行動方案及部落在地導覽各方面培育訓練，投入仁愛鄉觀光2.0積極佈署方向。 Fazhi Village in Renai Township has beautiful mountains, good water and unique natural environment. This study starts from the historical development of Wujie tribe and the appearance of humanities and natural ecological environment. From the perspective of sustainable management, it observes the development of Wujie tribe's tourism industry and its development and its development in recent years. Tribal people's economic support relationship, industrial development and the impact of nature, humanities, and cultural ecology, and put forward the concept of industry-government-academic cooperation, comprehensively examine the impact factors of all tourism industries, taking into account the government's input resources and tribal development autonomy, establish A type of tourism with local residents as the main body.This study summarizes the following conclusions based on the focus group method:1. To develop the tourism industry of Wujie Tribes in Renai Township, it is necessary to design various and varied package itineraries and make strategic alliances with other operators.2. Make good use of the rich ecological characteristics of the aboriginal areas, let the homestay industry move forward towards the goal of sustainable operation, expand the market scope, and establish a sustainable development organization for the tourism industry and culture of the legal village of Renai Township, which has become an integration platform.3. Expand tribal participation and talent cultivation, give back to tribal people fairly, and invest in Renai Township Tourism 2.0 to actively deploy directions.
