Abstract: | 一、研究目的本研究目的期待能透過本研究能讓社會大眾瞭解,視障者使用智慧型手機能帶給視障者正向支持與生活品質和社會參與之提升。生活品質探討的是家庭與社區和就業這兩方面。二、研究方法本研究將視障者界定之操作型定義為「持有新制身心障礙手冊第二類視覺障礙者之中度、重度、極重度的視障者」。本研究採問卷調查法進行資料蒐集,有學習智慧型手機和沒有學習之視障者相互做比較,以特定抽樣方式,了解視障者使用智慧型手機之前與後的生活品質與社會參與的差異性。三、研究結果與討論在研究結果中發現,多數視障者有學習智慧型手機應用後,在生活品質上,家庭與社區和就業能力兩方面均比未學習前還要好,代表智慧型手機的使用有助於提升視障者的生活品質。在社會活動參與方面,多數視障者在有學習智慧型手機之後,對於社會參與活動的頻率比未學習前還要多,表示智慧型手機的使用有助於提升視障者的社會參與。有關智慧型手機學習方面,研究結果發現,最多視障者學習的,以影音類與社交方面的APP居多,佔平均值2.78%之間。視障者能藉由手機社交軟體來提升人際互動關係與增進參與社交活動的機會,另外,藉由學習影音媒體相關軟體,提升參與休閒活動的機會。 1.Research purposeThe purpose of this research is to hope that through this research, the general public can understand that the use of smartphones by the visually impaired can bring positive support and improve the quality of life and social participation of the visually impaired. The quality of life explores both aspects of family and community and employment.2.Research methodsIn this study, the operational type defined by the visually impaired is defined as "moderately, severely, and extremely severely visually impaired persons who hold the new handbook on handicapped and disabled persons with category II visual impairments". This research uses a questionnaire survey method to collect data, and compares the visually impaired people with learning smartphones and those without learning, and uses a specific sampling method to understand the differences in the quality of life and social participation of visually impaired people before and after using smartphones.3.Research results and discussionIn the research results, it was found that after learning smartphone applications, most visually impaired people had better quality of life, family, community and employability than before learning, which means that the use of smartphones can help improve quality of life for visually impaired people.In terms of participation in social activities, most visually impaired people participate in social activities more frequently after learning smartphones than before learning, indicating that the use of smartphones can help enhance the social participation of visually impaired people. Regarding smartphone learning, the results of the study found that the most visually impaired people learn from audio-visual and social apps, accounting for an average of 2.78%. Visually impaired people can use smartphone social software to enhance interpersonal relationships and increase the opportunity to participate in social activities. In addition, by learning audio-visual media-related software, they can enhance the opportunity to participate in leisure activities. |
