摘要:	研究顯示只要10分鐘的按摩就可以幫助放鬆身心及減少壓力。企業在聘用按摩人員時，多採取與視障按摩機構簽約，安排視障按摩師至公司提供按摩服務，此實務上稱之為「企業進用」；因本研究者於兩家企業中進行按摩服務，故本研究主要在瞭解企業員工之工作壓?現況，及其對於按摩服務滿意度與工作壓?紓解之關係。以問卷調查台中區有配合企業進用之企業員工，由台中身障協會協助，以滾雪球方式進行調查，共計發放出了167份有效問卷。由本研究中不同背景的7項變項中每月平均收入僅對於工作壓力紓解有顯著影響，由工作壓力中亦可發現每月平均收入也是顯著影響；由不同背景的受測者來看大多對於視障按摩的滿意度皆有高滿意度，藉由回歸分析，企業員工在公司接受企業進用視障按摩人員按摩服務後的滿意度對工作壓力的紓解有正向影響。企業進用不只是善盡企業社會責任，履行雇主義務，不僅可提升員工績效，改善勞雇關係，員工亦可用較優惠的價格或是免費用的支出，也能享受到視障按摩的服務；企業也可向地方政府提出申請企業進用之補助，無論是企業或員工，皆有因此受惠，建議企業在考量進用的人選，可以提供這樣的需求，也可促進視障朋友的就業。 Studies have shown that just a 10-minute massage can help relax your mind and body and reduce stress. When companies employ massage personnel, they often sign contracts with visually impaired massage institutions and arrange for visually impaired massage therapists to provide massage services to the company, which is called "enterprise use" in practice; because this researcher conducts massage in two companies Therefore, this research mainly aims to understand the current situation of work stress of enterprise employees, and the relationship between satisfaction with massage services and work stress relief.With the help of the Taichung Handicapped Association, a questionnaire survey was conducted to investigate the employees of enterprises in Taichung District who cooperated with the enterprises. A total of 167 valid questionnaires were distributed. From the 7 variables of different backgrounds in this study, the average monthly income only has a significant effect on the relief of work stress, and the average monthly income can also be found to have a significant effect from the work stress; There is a high degree of satisfaction with the visually impaired massage. Through regression analysis, the satisfaction of employees after receiving the massage service of visually impaired massage personnel in the company has a positive impact on the relief of work stress.Enterprise use is not only about fulfilling corporate social responsibilities and fulfilling the obligations of employers, it can not only improve employee performance and improve labor-employment relations, but also employees can use more favorable prices or free expenses, and can also enjoy massage services for the visually impaired; Enterprises can also apply to the local government for subsidies for enterprise use. Both enterprises and employees will benefit from this. It is suggested that enterprises considering candidates for use can meet such needs and promote the employment of Visual Disturbance Masseurs..
