| Abstract: | 各國農村人口老化，亟待照護關懷。我國社區營造、農村再生、長照政策普設社區照護據點。但照護據點營運成效不一、良莠不齊。以植物芳療為主題的社區據點營造也是其中一項嘗試。研究者長期投入社區據點營造的經驗，個人對植物芳療的興趣，並開始在舊正社區關懷據點建造芳香療癒庭園，對於它的可能成效充滿好奇，於是進一步著手行動研究。研究目的有二：一、創新增進芳香療癒庭園對於社區關懷的休閒效益，二、補強社區據點營造理論。主要研究發問包括：芳香療癒庭園融入社區據點之創新內容？芳香療癒庭園融入社區據點之機會與困境？芳香療癒庭園融入社區據點之策略方案？芳香療癒庭園融入社區據點之休閒效益？本研究採行動研究法，以舊正社區關懷據點做為實際行動場域，藉由行動目標的設定、策略的研擬、方案的執行，同時進行紀錄研究，是一個社會實驗的過程。研究發現，舊正社區關懷據點的雖有發展芳香療育庭園之環境、人力與專業資源資源和機會。但在經歷初期嘗試、中期建構與近期轉型的過程中，仍然存在著共識整合不易、參與動力不足與推展資金欠缺的實務困境。再藉由空間環境、植栽養護、組織動員與活動行銷等策略之規畫與執行，發現芳香療癒庭園正透過「環境營造」、「植物精靈」、「療癒活動」、「社群生活」與「人文理念」等休閒作用力，帶給社區居民與遊客「健康促進(生理)」、「園藝淨化(心理)」、「社群歸屬」、「親子同樂」、「生態感動」與「故事移情」等豐富的休閒效益。
The aging rural population in various countries is in urgent need of care. My country's community building, rural regeneration, and long-term care policies have established community care bases. However, the operating results of the care bases are mixed, and the good and the bad are mixed. The establishment of community bases with the theme of botanical aromatherapy is also one of the attempts. The researcher has long invested in the experience of building community bases, personal interest in botanical aromatherapy, and began to build aromatherapy gardens in the old community care base. I was very pleased with its possible effects, so further starting the action research. There are two research purposes:first, to innovate and enhance the leisure benefits of aromatherapy gardens for community care, and second, to strengthen the theory of community stronghold construction. The main research questions include： the innovative content of the aromatherapy garden integrated into the community stronghold? Opportunities and difficulties of integrating aromatherapy gardens into community bases? A strategic plan for the integration of aromatherapy gardens into community strongholds? The leisure benefits of integrating aromatherapy gardens into community bases? This study adopts the action research method, taking the old community care base as the actual action field, through the setting of action goals, the development of strategies, the implementation of the plan, and the recording and research at the same time, it is a process of social experiment. The study found that although the old community care bases have the environment, human and professional resources and opportunities to develop aromatherapy gardens. However, in the process of initial attempt, mid-term construction and recent transformation, there are still practical difficulties such as difficult consensus integration, insufficient participation motivation and lack of promotion funds. Through the planning and implementation of strategies such as space environment, plant maintenance, organizational mobilization, and event marketing, it is found that aromatherapy gardens are developing through "environmental creation", "plant spirits", "healing activities", and "community life". Together with "humanistic concept" and other recreational forces, it brings community residents and tourists "health promotion (physiological)", "horticultural purification (psychological)", "community belonging", "parent-child fun", "ecological touch" and " Story Empathy” and other rich leisure benefits. |
