摘要:	現代的工作環境與狀態常讓人喘不過氣，休閒調適是人們為舒緩日常生活壓力，所產生休閒調適的行為。按摩可以使人身心放鬆，目前全台有許多視障按摩的工作者，讓民眾很容易就可以接觸到，因此本研究想了解顧客對於視障按摩的看法以及消費意願，再進一步探討顧客透過視障按摩的休閒調適方式以及調節的程度。本研究採用問卷為調查工具並使用李克特 7 點尺度量表，資料以 SPSS 24.0進行分析，利用非隨機抽樣中的便利抽樣，回收 304 份有效問卷。研究分析結果發現：性別、年齡、職業、視障按摩的優點、再加強部位、按摩完感受等在休閒調適上皆無顯著差異。最後本研究向視障按摩店業者、後續研究者提出相對的建議，希望有助於視障按摩店後續經營與發展。 The modern working environment and state often make people breathless. Leisure adjustment is the behavior of leisure adjustment in order to relieve the pressure of daily life. Massage can relax people's body and mind. Currently, there are many visually impaired massage workers in Taiwan, so the public can easily get in touch. Therefore, this study wanted to understand customers' views on visually impaired massage and their willingness to spend. The relaxation adjustment method and the degree of adjustment of the obstacle massage. In this study, questionnaires were used as the survey tool and 7-point Likert scale was used. The data were analyzed by SPSS 24.0, and 304 valid questionnaires were recovered by using convenience sampling in non random sampling. The results of the research analysis found that there were no significant differences in leisure adjustment in terms of gender, age, occupation, advantages of massage for the visually impaired, re-strengthening parts, and feeling after massage. Finally, this study puts forward relative suggestions to visually impaired massage shop operators and follow-up researchers, hoping to help the subsequent operation and development of visually impaired massage shops.
