Abstract:	本研究採取技術報告方式，藉由視障者專業運動按摩師介入2022年台中市匹克球選手在比賽之前、比賽中及比賽之後，得到整體緩解紓壓，球員本身感受具有幸福感，其反映明顯提升，本研究技術報告試圖訪談四位參與球員，四位球員參與匹克球訓練或比賽超過3年至5年以上經歷，並以質性研究方式為四位參賽球員進行深度訪談，其訪談結果;個案A:應該已經在我來講，應該會我想我會大部分的球員也會因為你。最近不管妳比賽前比賽完，這個就是按摩師，針對每個部位穴道去按，非常專業，可以放鬆肌肉又增加你的體力。個案C:對我會有所期待，因為我覺得其實選手，有出國比賽的話，其實在身心也都會很疲累，那在這狀況呢？如果有專門技術按摩人員，來幫我們按摩的話呢，適度的放鬆肌肉對我們成績表現是有所期待的，同時感受被照護的幸福感。本研究技術報告期許未來促進主辦單位，可以增加安排視障者運動按摩來為球員比賽中所帶來，高度肌肉張力適度紓壓帶來紓壓效益，尤其選手反映希望未來如果常態性可以設置這樣人員，在國際賽上應當可以取得非常好的成績。 This research adopts the method of technical report. Professional sports massage therapists for the visually impaired will intervene in Taichung City's pickleball players in 2022. Before, during and after the game, the overall pressure is relieved. The players themselves feel a sense of well-being, and the reflection is obvious Ascension, this research technical report attempts to interview four participating players, four players have participated in pickleball training or competition for more than 3 to 5 years, and conduct in-depth interviews for the four participating players in a qualitative research way, the interview results; Case A: It should have been in my case, and I think most of the players will also be because of you. No matter if you finish before the competition, this is the masseuse. It is very professional to massage the acupuncture points of each part, which can relax the muscles and increase your physical strength. Case C: There will be expectations for me, because I think that players, if they go abroad to compete, will actually be very tired physically and mentally. What about this situation? If there is a professional technical massager, this masseuse will help us massage, moderate relaxation of muscles is expected for our performance, and at the same time feel the happiness of being cared for. This technical report hopes that in the future, the organizers can increase the arrangement of sports massage for the visually impaired to bring about the benefits of high muscle tension and moderate pressure relief for the players during the game. In particular, the players expressed their hope that such personnel can be installed in the future if they are normal. should be able to achieve very good results in international competitions.
