摘要:	在社會經濟成長，都市快速發展下，住宅房價越來越高、居住空間卻越住越小，如何在住宅面積有限坪數狀況下，讓居住空間更舒適便利，整理更輕鬆，有效提升居家休閒效益。本研究將以生活美學觀點探討住宅空間收納技巧之運用，以不同家庭生命週期、家庭組織成員為研究對象，針對住宅房型、住宅空間特性及使用行為習慣，建構有系統的收納型態，再以美感收納陳列觀點結合多元收納形態，探討居家整理收納後所產生之效益。依據文獻回顧，將各學者所提出的整理術、收納技巧，構築有系統的收納型態，並進行居家收納實作，以節省時間與空間為原則，大限度地提高房子空間使用率，讓小空間發揮最大價值。本文採質性研究，包含深度訪談及住宅空間收納，以實作方式為研究方法，將美感收納觀點結合各種收納整理術，建構有系統的收納型態，進行住宅空間收納實作，透過實作案例所得資料統整分析後，探究實作者居家收納前、後所產生之效益。經研究結果顯示，家庭組織成員年齡不同，居家收納物品種類會隨著生命週期階段不同而改變，而家庭成員越多，收納物品也會隨組織成員增加而倍增。當居住空間變得整齊、舒適時，能帶給自己及家人更多實際生活體驗，也會漸漸影響心境轉變，為生活帶來更多休閒效益及幸福感。 With social and economic growth and rapid urban development, housing prices are getting higher and higher, and living space is getting smaller and smaller. How to make living space more comfortable and convenient, organize more easily, and effectively improve home leisure under the condition of limited residential area benefit. This research will explore the application of residential space storage skills from the perspective of life aesthetics. Taking different family life cycles and family members as the research objects, aiming at the types of residential rooms, characteristics of residential space and usage habits, a systematic storage method is constructed, and then the aesthetic sense is used to construct a systematic storage method. From the perspective of storage and display, combined with multiple storage forms, and discuss the benefits of home organization and storage. According to the literature review, the organizing techniques and storage techniques proposed by various scholars are constructed into a systematic storage form, and the home storage transformation is carried out to save time and space, maximize the utilization rate of house space, and maximize the value of small space.This paper uses qualitative research, including in-depth interviews and residential space storage, using the practice method as the research method, combining the aesthetic storage point of view with various storage and organizing techniques, and constructing a systematic storage form. Afterwards, explore the benefits of the author before and after home storage. The research results show that the types of household items stored at home will change with different life cycle stages according to the age of the family members. When the living space becomes tidy and comfortable, it can bring more practical life experience to yourself and your family, and will gradually affect the change of mood, bringing more leisure benefits and happiness to life.
