Abstract: | 本研究旨在探討12週運動訓練課程對於國中學生的健康體適能之影響,以49位國中學生為研究對象實施12週運動訓練課程,在將前後測驗進行差異分析以探討12週運動訓練課程是否具有提升健康體適能顯著之效果。經以描述統計及相依樣本t考驗進行分析,所得結論如下:一、南投縣三光國中接受測試之學生健康體適能與全國常模比較,身高百分等級為54,、體重百分等級為51,身體質量指數(BMI)介於17-22.2,心肺適能百分等級為62,肌力百分等級為64,肌耐力百分等級為53,柔軟度百分等級為61。動態性社團學生在肌力及肌耐力上,明顯優於靜態性社團的學生,其他項目如身高、體重、身體質量指數、心肺適能及柔軟度之健康體適能則沒有顯著之差異。二、全體受試學生實施12週運動訓練課程後,在身高、體重、心肺適能、肌力、肌耐力及柔軟度等在前、後測成績上均達顯著差異、身體質量指數介於標準範圍,實施12週運動訓練課程對於提升健康體適能具有顯著效果。三、不同背景變項學生實施12週運動訓練課程後,男性學生族群在柔軟度、肌耐力及心肺適能等4個項目的提升具有一定之效果。實施12週運動訓練課程對於女性學生族群提升健康體適能具有全面性之效果。靜態社團和動態社團族群的學生在柔軟度、肌力、肌耐力及心肺適能等4個項目均達到統計上的顯著差異,實施12週運動訓練課程均對於柔軟度、肌力、肌耐力及心肺適能等項目具有提升之成效。 The purpose of this study is to explore the effect of 12-week sports training course on the health and fitness of middle school students. 49 middle school students were used as the research object to implement the 12-week sports training course, and the differences between the before and after results were analyzed to explore the 12-week sports training course. The study is to explore whhether it has a significant effect of improving health and fitness. After analysis with descriptive statistics and dependent sample t test, the conclusions are as follows:1. Compared with the national norm, the health and physical fitness of the students tested at Sanguang Middle School in Nantou County is 54 for their height, 51 for their weight, 17-22.2 for their body mass index (BMI), and their cardiorespiratory fitness. The percentile rating is 62. The percentile for muscle strength is 64. The percentile for muscular endurance is 53. The percentile for flexibility is 61. Dynamic club students were significantly better than static club students in muscle strength and muscular endurance, while other items such as height, weight, body mass index, cardiorespiratory fitness, and flexibility showed no significant difference in healthy physical fitness.2. After implementing the 12-week exercise training course, all the tested students achieved pre- and post-test scores in 7 items including height, weight, body mass index, cardiorespiratory fitness, muscle strength, muscular endurance and flexibility. There were significant differences, and the implementation of a 12-week exercise training program had a significant effect on improving health and fitness.3. After students with different background variables implemented a 12-week sports training course, the improvement of the four items of flexibility, muscular endurance and cardiorespiratory fitness among male students had certain effects. The implementation of the 12-week sports training course has a comprehensive effect on improving the health and fitness of the female student population. Students in the static club and dynamic club group achieved statistically significant differences in flexibility, muscle strength, muscular endurance and cardiorespiratory fitness. Programs such as cardiorespiratory fitness have improved results. |
